It doesnt have the premium sound bar or 'picture on glass' thinness of the E6 or G6, and it doesn't have 3D but other than that the panel and tech is exactly the same.

This is coming down. LG just announced price drops on all oled models

possible 10.5% cash back with topcashback as well.

although they also have a 4% deal specifically on LG TVs so you are just as likely to get that instead.

They also have the curved "C" Model at the same price as well if 3D is important to you.

Same price at richer sounds and 6 year warranty

this really is a amazing now, the C6 is the way to go with 3D which is such a step up on the 4K oled's due to full res 3D. Works out £2750ish after cashback which is good for the absolute best picture quality, I honestly feel for the people shelling out thousands for LCD tv's when they can have such a huge jump with OLED

After buying my oled six months ago every other tv apart from oled I look at just looks rubbish.

I disagree I have owned the 65e6 £4500 the 65b6 £3000 and now the 65ks8000 £1800, and no way is the oled worth its premium price yes it's superior but no way does it warrant its premium IMO off course

Why the constant downgrades?

Why the constant downgrades?
Because the high end oleds aren't worth the pricetag £1800 against £4500 I just had to see it for myself though in my home environment and I forgot a 65dx902 as well lol

Pled is amazing quality however like you say the premium is mad. I was so tempted to get the 55 LG c model but I just couldn't warrant spending that much on a TV. Especially seen as I use my 4k gaming monitor for my xbox and pc.

It's not mad, it's because OLED panels are EXTREMELY difficult to actually make. They only get a low yield from the raw materials they use. It's the reason why you don't see other manufactures making or selling them.

Plus, they're awesome, and lots of people want them, so supply and demand and all that.
