  Got this phone qnd its great. update to newer firmware for hspa+. has issues with certain apps. so download one at a time to make sure no problems. also screen can get scratched very easy. i purchased 6 3 layer screen protectors for 99p

  Some of their recent feedback.
  
  Fairly conclusive that their phones have all been opened and most likely are refurbished or ex-display and they remove anything valuable before sending to you. Two people since the new year leaving negative feedback because they didn't receive the Beats Earphones with their HTC Sensation XL.

  1. Mobile was used, missing headset, and failed to function after 8 hrs.
  2. Expensive phone didn't work. Seller tried to get out of refunding. STAY AWAY!!!!
  3. Bought 'New' UK spec, received 'EU' spec 2nd hand with missing accessories
  4. Fingerprints on touch screen, all unsealed, damaged box. Got full refund, AVOID!
  5. Not brand new as seals are broken! Very unreasonable people, AVOID their phones!
  6. the phone arrived after 19 days .IT COMES WITHOUT EAR PHONE BEATS LYER
  7. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAM ,SELL SECOND HAND AS NEW

  Don't buy from ecell. They sell imported handsets from China without stating that in description. I bought a nokia which came with chinese letters on the keys and couldn't update the firmware because of the region difference.
