"Please contact us by phone on 0871 521 3300 or by our Enote system online, to let us no if you wish to cancel the order or pay the correct price of this item."

They also don't know the difference between "no" and "know" (seeths not too silently).
#32
" I have tried to contact you on the telephone number on your account but there was no answer."

funny how it didnt ring. anyone else finding ebuyer honesty falling short on this?
#33
A company of this size should at least honour the orders for the few that purchased it. What are they losing NOTHING. I bet the lower price is still a good 50% mark up on the trade price.

They lose in two ways - No order taken and lost customers, maybe forever....

they probarbly count on the fact that their customers are seldom likely to communicate with each other. their claim to have attempted to phone exposes their false commitment. i wonder if anyone actually did recieve one of these alledged calls?
#35
No call for me too.
#36
They had this at £16ish again today, I thought I had paid for it and then checked and hadn't??? Went back to get it and £30.63 now? Also had a Sony one at £19ish but that's shot up as well...

would have been amazing in 2003, 7 years too late

So where is cheaper now?
#39
What can I say - just keep checking. It was on again at £16.56 (£20.75 inc p+p) this morning, but now it's back to £30.99. The goods are allocated, so here's hoping.

Did anybody actually get it (or at least not had it cancelled yet) that ordered it before at the low price?
#40
Just got my refund from eBuyer. :(
