What are these guys like for cash backs, any problems?

I finished a 12 month contract with them with cashback and received all my money owed. You must make sure you send the required bills in the requested times, Payment by cheque a bit slow BUT they all came through.

I have signed an 18 month contract on orange 14 months free and with free broadband again with cashback...with another supplier and cashback with them has been ok so far

From above quoted review

Verdict
The Shine is one of most obvious examples of the triumph of design over usability that I’ve seen in a long while. It looks stunning, but is simply too difficult to use.

I was thinking of buying one but Im put off now.

This is a great deal, I was wondering how they could sell Vodafone though, as I thought only Phones4U could sell Vodafone contracts, but it seems they are linked to the same company, or owned by them, I'm not sure.

Because the phone is free, you actually have to pay a £2.50 admin charge. This is in the T&C's at the end.

Thanks to the op.

I order this and received what looks like either a refurbished or returned handset.

Its covered in grimy fingerprints and the charger wasn't in the box when it arrived...no packing on it or anything. ALso the box seems to have marks on it. Seems to me that someone has returned it in the past.

Am I entitled to have it replaced or is it not worth the hassle?

thanks

p.s gorgeous phone though for anyone who's thinking of purchasing it.

Have you checked the call register? How many hours of calls were made? sms sent?
Send it back, the site mentions nothing of grade b/refurb/clearance phones they lied, call them and arrange a RMA.

Nothing in the history. Im sure they would have reset to factory default before sending it out. I'm just concerned about the phone looking abit dirty not being packed properly.

I've emailed them anyway...probably be tuesday before i hear anyting
