To get them at the price same as the ones in the thread title, add the catalogue numbers into basket then voucher into the voucher section, i have written everything you need next to the monitor description title below, also for the 19" you have to add something else to make it up to £90 so add the £1.00 3 way plug, Just simply copy and paste them into tesco search box to find the items. As for delivery you can get it delivered to your local store for free, or if you want to you can buy a tesco sim card which works out around £2.50 which makes the order becomes free no matter what else you order along with it, then once recieved you can just take it back for a refund whenever you go shopping. Also this aint a repost as codes have just come out and prices have changed on these and that it would be easier if everything was one post instead of 3 new posts. thanks

You would need something like this to do that.
#5
doesn't look like any of these have DVI

would of been a good deal!

I have LG W1934-S 19" TFT Monitor to play my 360 on when the GF is watchin telly

Great monitor, good refresh rate, no ghosting at all, recommended and now £9 cheaper than I paid back in August

DVI is overrated. This is a decent deal.

What do I need to connect a Macbook to one of these?

E2A: Also noticed the vouchers can't be used until 8th December
#9
Tesco states online [apologises] that price quoted was wrong in catalogue and for both 22" models quoted correct price is really £119.00
#10
use voucher to get it down to the prices in title. and yeah it was the LG that was down to £110 then once everybody was snapping them up they probably thought why not bump it up to £120. Also its because the proper tesco direct catologue's have them for £110, it just saves confusion

old macbook needs the mini-dvi to vga adapter from apple or fleabay

new mb needs the mini display port to vga adapter ONLY available from apple

That's what I used to think, but after swapping from DSUB to DVI on my 24" Edge10 LCD screen I actually noticed quite a big difference.

I thought the same until I bought the 24'' Dell that was on here a few weeks back. VGA is analog and you could definetely tell on a monitor this size, straight lines were slightly "vibrating" and the image quality in general was pretty poor.

I plugged in DVI and the difference is unquestionable. I would say VGA is fine for 19'', but anything above should have DVI.

I have a DVI fujitsu and rate them as very good value for money

you just need a Mini-DVI to VGA Adapter, i got one off ebay for £7.50, came from Hong Kong, or they are £15 on amazon or £20 from apple shop.

heat and repped :)

I have the 19" monitor, got it last month through another deal on here. It's an excellent monitor for the money - i'm using it just now!

Don't suppose you can put the signal from a sky box into it? I have the sky running through a co-axial cable to the bedroom with a magic eye to control the box. Techie guys please tell me if this would work. The TV in the bedroom is pants
Thanks

Not if you need a monitor to connect to something with an HDMI output, eg Xbox
#24
has anyone had any issues with dead pixels or knows what tesco's policy is regarding them?
#25
go for the LG 22" for £106 its well worth the money, as pictures real good, sharp, no dead pixels, and tescos return policy is the best ive seen, as they swap shhh wthout even asking whats wrong with it :)

Well iv ordered the LG W1934-S 19", just need speakers and a keyboard, thanks blineboy
#29
price updated on the 22". thought it would be worth a bump, as now its free home delivery with orders over £50 and also the vat reduction of 2.5%, not much of a big difference, but rounds the 22" off nicely to £100 with quidco. no discount has been made on the 19" just incase anyone wanted to know,
#30
I've ordered the 19 inch one. Waiting for it to be delivered today. any time between 7am and 7pm they said. I bet I get it a 6.55pm:roll:

Thanks again OP.

As mentioned, there is a slight reduction in the VAT and i had a voucher come through the post which enabled me to get £15 off a £60 spend so no need to filler it up to £90.
It's actually an xmas pressie so will comment on the performance after Dec 15th, although anything would be better than my current relic!
