anyway the yoghurt in the title is the one I always eat as like the protein content,
I've noticed supermarkets always doing deals on the liberte fruit ones and hot deals on them on hukd as well but never any deals shown on natural one,

so thought it might be of benefit to others if say that Waitrose the deal 2 large tubs of the natural for £3 was supposed to be a limited time offer, but still going although not widely advertised,

if someone else got better deal I be happy to know, just not fulton, heron or farmfood deal as none of those in my town,

thanks for any offers on it lads and lasses

do u just eat it on its own or do you have any good ideas . is it nice on its own :)

I'm not voting but wanted to mention that you can get a tub of authentic Greek yoghurt from Aldi for £1.24. Fat free normally equals 'sugar plentiful'. Check labels for calories if you're on a calorie controlled diet.

yea I just eat it on its own as its very thick, but also slice up fresh fruit for it
as occasionally like fruit yoghurt but not want all the extra crap they use
to make fruit yoghurts, used to buy skyr or danone, but ratio of fat and sugar to protein was too high for me

no worries about the non vote somnus., as to authentic greek yoghurt tasted them before,
and usually either too thin for me or almost sour, guess others most probably love it,
as to plenty of sugar, not really that's why I avoid skyr
