top tip - don't roast the roasting joints, stick in in a slow-cooker or pot on loads of veg for hours and it'll fall apart! Waaaay better imo :)

I bought that before, only to ruin it when I fried it... :(
It's PROBABLY going to save me money in the long run, but more importantly, I now have incredibly tasty meat, EVERY TIME :)
