A very quick search (got to go to work LOL) and I found the nearest Karcher equival @ £99 Karcher K2.65 but is only 1 year warranty, 1400w motor & 260 ltrs/hr so in comparison this Lidl one looks a better spec, albeit after a very quick search in one other place, will do a more detailed search later as my pressure washer has just went on the blink.

oops, ignore that Karcher K2.65 in link above, just noticed it doesn't have an induction motor, meaning, for me anyway, it will not last anytime at all (2 cars, bikes, patio, large decking I fairly hammer my washer)

Where does it say this is an induction motor.

So i'm asking if the Karcher isn't an induction motor where does it say this is otherwise theres no point to his post.

I never said this one had an induction motor, I was merely pointing out the Karcher one I linked didn't.

Excellent spec for the price if it's reliable; I haven't had much luck with pressure washers lasting beyond warranty (including Karcher ones).

Toying with this but might get the Nilfisk c120 that comes with patio cleaner and drain tube etc for about the same price but a better reputation. .
This is apparently a rebadged Lavor and from the vids, looks like it has an adaptor to fit other makes attachments.
Found the HUKD thread re this from last year which has some useful info if it helps.

Could you post a link to the Nilfisk for the same price as the main use I have for this is decking so would want a patio adapter.

    Thanks

    Plum,
When you add the patio cleaner at £15 and the drain cleaner at £20 the Nilfisk is quite a bit cheaper, a lot better and probably better value

But the nilfisk is £28 more and does it have a 3 year warranty,The 3 year swings it for me iv'e had a few pressure washers none have gone past 18 months. So i'll be down tomorrow to get one just been down and asked the manager to save me one.

The Nilfisk has a two year warranty so the Parkside/Lavor beats it on that.
Add the cost of the Patio Cleaner and the Drain cleaner (£14-99 and £20) to the cost of the lidl one and it is £8 more expensive. Read the comments in the previous thread about Lavor Parkside customer service - that's what put me off...

I see your point Copperface,But i don't need a drain or patio cleaner so that and the extra year warranty swings it for me.Plus i have a lidl 2 mile away.

This seem like a good deal. Just wondering if it's really worth the extra £37 for the higher pressure washer.
