Thought so.. we (gf and I) went on Wednesday (stopping overnight and back on Thursday) of this week - sadly the weather wasn't great, but was still a decent day.. also, note that the Grand National is closed at the moment (til July) for maintainence - bit of a bummer as it's a great fun ride.

Can also recommend upgrading your tickets to the evening Hot Ice performance (from £5) if you're planning on hanging around.

Also.. there's now a Travelodge not too far away from the Pleasure Beach and the Tower (it's right next to Blackpool's ground - note £5 overnight charge for their car park) and they are building a new Travelodge right next door to the Pleasure Beach (I expect this will open next year) - I can recommend the Travelodge if you can get a cheap room - brand new and very nice layout.

Oh dear, that's going to be a busy day at the pleasure beach!!

Although there's an air race in Blackpool this weekend, which should be worth the visity.
