I'm a vegetarian and don'y buy many pre-made dishes like this but these are the worst veggie dish I've ever bought.
Absolutely appalling although maybe they've updated the recipe from 100% greasy cardboard!
I'd rather eat my own hat than these again, a complete disgrace.

not the best veggie sausages imo though the ones with rosemary are nice.

recently I got some vital wheat gluten and experimenting, did some nice Italian style sausage. search "seitan" "seitan burgers" "seitan sausages" for an idea. seitan itself is bland so it's all about the extra flavouring ingredients you add.

Usual offer price. Just like Pringles, Frijj, Pot Noodle, Terry's Chocolate Orange. Price is elevated and then suddenly an offer.

Why would a veggie or vegan want sausages for.

I like the cauldron ones but aint keen on any of the Linda McCartney range, haven't tried the sausages though.

I've been eating these for years and don't think they're as bad as people are making them out on the above comments. The recent recipe change has made then even better, imo. They pack around 11g of protein per sausage which is pretty good if you're a vegetarian and need to keep on top of your protein intake.

The same reason a non-vegan or veggie would want to eat sausages - they like the way they taste :) These just miss out on the nasty stuff.

I like these personally (also they've just released a red pepper and chorizo version) but also really like Frys which is available from Morrisons and Ocado :)

BETTER OFF MAKING YOUR OWN RATHER THAN FOOD THATS BEEN CHUCKED ON THE FLOORIN A FACTORY

For all veggies who care for animals...this company uses palm oil, which in turn is responsible for wiping out endangered species in Indonesia. orangutangs, sunbears, sumatran elephants. It is not the caring company Linda set out with, but a corporate greedy one. Cold for me ( except I accidentally pushed hot - doh!)

speaking for myself I wasn't "making them out" anything, I was giving my opinion. I've no idea why people get their noses out of joint just because someone has a different opinion; just state yours and let those who haven't tried them draw a consensus.

frys range is brilliant, dunno why they changed the sausage rolls to mini size but a minor quibble

I get mine online from goodness direct who have a good range of veggie stuff, Clive's pies are amazing
Took a look at their site and saw they had a sale on https://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/script/prom.html What a shame they've only got ONE item with a 50% reduction. Spend £50 and get a futher £5.00 off.

Lmao, defensive much? That's exactly what I was doing, giving my opinion. I didn't slate you or anyone else, I just said that I disagreed. You need to get out more, pal.

saying that people are "making out" something is suggesting they are making false or exaggerated statements, no need for that, just state your opinion. simple
