Safety Gates Explained
Safety gates can be fitted at the top and bottom of stairs, as well as to prevent your baby getting into certain rooms. Gates are usually suitable up to 24 months, but remember this is only a guide - some children are naturally more active and inquisitive than others! All of our safety gates comply with BS EN 1930. Remember... as safety gates vary in width it is important to select one that will fit securely, so don't forget to measure the gap to make sure the safety gate you choose fits perfectly. Make sure you regularly check the gate is fitted tightly to avoid accidents.

These don't self close like the Asda deal, I bought two from Asda but the self close facility is driving me nuts hence why I am buying again

Just reserved 2. Our baba will be walking very soon so these have come at the perfect time. Was gonna order 2 from amazon few weeks back so am glad I held off..

Thanks. Read lots of reviews on Amazon which said it slammed shut loudly. Glad I didn't buy. Great price for these ones but hate the fact that I am going to have to shell out extra for the extensions. They're nearly as expensive as the gates themselves!
They do slam shut if you push it, otherwise use the handle to close (my gate is right outside my 2yr olds room and its never waken her!!)
