This is a great price for this spec frame; if you can use the 5% voucher it's just £61.74.
I bought one of these at Easter - but didn't post it as a "hot deal" as I'm in two minds as to whether it is any good!
On the one hand it's a fantastic display (large, high-resolution and 4:3 format) - it looks fantastic; has an internal battery and fast 256mb memory etc. etc.
But as I said in my review on I'm really frustrated by the user interface and software; however never having used another digital frame I can't be sure it's better or worse than it's rivals...
I have the Imate Momento, it's dog slow (like wait 2 seconds after every button press to see the outcome), but then it's not a Pentium and you have to accept the slowness. Question is what is the viewing angle like, is it bright, does it feel well made, are the slide slow effects good. After all you tend to configure them and leave them for days on end so the slowness isn't really a big issue is it?
Is this any good then or a pile of poo?

I love the look and feel of it and it displays images very well:-D, horizontal and vertical viewing angles are fine, you can adjust brightness and contrast from the remote without interrupting a slideshow - it works well on the sideboard or in your lap with people sat beside you trying not to yawn as they see yet another holiday snap.
I find the user interface a real pain:x. The frame is quite responsive if you scale images down to 800x600, but the interval in the slideshow is too short by far; with unscaled 5mp images the frame isn't at all responsive but at least the slideshow interval slows down ;-).
TBH It is a pile of poo - but I suspect all digital frames are. I would have returned it but the wife loves it.:whistling:
