Nice deal :) Thanks fordy!
Alternatively, is also selling the Liteon LVW-5045GDL which includes a 160GB drive for £159.99.

According to one of the customer's comments on the site, you can easily change this into a multi-region drive.

It's an excellent price.

One tip though: if you can find an alternative with FreeView built into it, do think about getting one of these instead. Having Freeview's program guide in the same machine as your DVD recorder means you no longer need to play with VideoPlus numbers or learn how to program a video. You can just scroll to the programme you want to record and hit ENTER. Job done.

Damn, I really should apply for a job at Dixons with advice like this...

Does anyone know if you can edit what is on the hard drive before copying it to a dvd, e.g removing the adverts. I know some pvr's dont have this facility..thanks
