Sackboy is back and he wants your help making the best game ever. The last LittleBigPlanet allowed you to create and customise your very own 2D platform game but this sequel blows things wide open, so that you can make almost any kind of game you like.

As long as it's viewed in 2D you'll be able to construct a game however you like, creating racing, puzzle and role-playing adventures using all of the game's new tools. You'll even be able to film and playback your own cut scenes and record your own sound effects.

When you're done you can upload your creation online and let other people see your work - as well as download whatever they've made. Of course the game comes with plenty of its own built-in levels and games, with plenty to see and do even if you never create anything yourself. But where would be the fun in that?

You're probably right, but this isn't it?

No. It isn't.

I voted the deal hot. Just saying that I expect the price to drop further quite soon.

i agree with Flaming Carrot, i remember LBP 1 released and i preorded for £30 odd quid, within 6-8 weeks you could pick it up for a tenner.... this is a game i want but i will happily wait for.
I want this game but gonna hold out a bit longer I think
I think that Sony are quite happy to see the price dropping on the LBP games, as the major income stream for them is the DLC.

Show of hands how many people alongside me clicked that link :D

I am in two minds whether to buy this, I remember LBP1 kepts its price for some months (longer than most games) but then all of a sudden it dropped like a barrel and was constantly in the region of £7-9 to buy on here (which only a few games like Assassins Creed 1 and Mirrors Edge and the like only dropped to).
Too dear for me. I'll wait for £9.99 like the last one or free on PS+

£36.59 now

Actually that's only because Amazon is out of stock so it comes up with a marketplace seller. If/when they restock it should be back to £25.
