even though you can play all the original online levels with LBP2 it's still good to get this for the story mode.

I've 100%ed it twice. All bubbles and aces.

im thinking of getting it again or waiting for LBP2 to drop in price

As much as I really wanted to, I couldn't get into it, or enjoy it :(

But HOT DEAL!!!

Hot but as sparc said, you may as well buy LBP 2 as you can play all 3.5 million user created levels on that. Although, if you're going to wait for the 2nd one to drop in price, might as well buy this one at this price and play through it. It's a pretty easy platinum and the price probably won't drop for a fair few months

Bought this used from CEX for £8 last week :-(

Good deal!

Easy platinum?? The create trophies are mental, as is trying to get some of the items from the 2 and 4 player gates and trying to ace some of the levels. I'd say it's the hardest game for trophies I've ever done and I've platinumed God of War 3 and Castlevania.

I agree that the 2/4 player ones can be annoying (mainly because most of us only have 1 or 2 controllers) but the create ones aren't that bad. Just boost if you're finding it hard. Acing the big spinning wheel level is also pretty hard though

Didn't really get into it because of the "floaty" controls; timing and then mis-timing jumps on the same section over and over quickly gets boring. Music, graphics etc all great but control mechanism needs tweaking and apparently it's the same for LBP2.

This was £10 years ago.

A good deal I suppose. I tried the game twice and couldn't get into it. Its novelty value soon wears out and then it becomes pointless.

I am surprised to see that I am not the only one that did not enjoy this game as 'reviews' suggested I would.

lol! I am surprised too. I read up on it as it looks like a children's game and the reviews suggested everybody would enjoy it regardless of age... It was voted one of the best releases for PS3 and quoted as being "one of the greatest Playstation games" But to me it was just a pimped up Super Mario and was especially tedious online...

I may look into LBP2 but Killzone and Resistance are out shortly!

It's a great game to play with the kids in the manor of the Lego games.
