Crazy world of hotukdeals hehe

Anyway, not sure if it is a regular price or a promotion - saw it advertised the other day which made me think it might be a promotion but I stand to be corrected on that

It is Terravision that is usually £10 not the Arriva bus

Just make sure the wheels are still on it when it leaves Liverpool:whistling:

not that bad surely

Is it 7quid each way? I normally get this bus as it goes from my road , when travelling via liverpool airport. Normally costs £10 quid roughly return. Excellent service. Better than any Terrorvision BS IMO.

I used to get the bus at Liverpool Airport every morning when living with my previous girlfriend in Speke. I can confirm that this is the regular price, infact it used to be £6 when I was living there so has gone up a pound since!

You just pay the driver the fare so no need for advance booking or anything AND the ticket is an open return aswell so you can come back any time within a month!

BTW: I've never actually been on the Terravision bus but apparently they have a bit of a bad reputation.

Heat and Rep!

Does anyone fly to Liverpool and if so why? LOL

It's definitely £7 return - if you google it there are a few sites that list the price

Hi All,

This fare will only be valid up until the 30th April as the route is being withdrawn then!

The route will however be replaced by the X2, which is running from Liverpool City Centre to Manchester City Centre, via Liverpool John Lennon Airport & Manchester Airport.

http://www.merseytravel.gov.uk/pdf/tt_Alpha/X2%20Liverpool%20-%20Manchester%20(from%2001%20May%202009).pdf

Although this is down as operated by Excel, Excel Coaches is owned by Telling Golden Miller, which is a division of Arriva!

Cheers

Steve

Cool, voted hot then. Will verify for sure next time i go... Has always been min £10 quid in the past.

To the question above, people like me, only fly to/from Liverpool because of Ryan Air.... they have more flights from there.
#21
I have been on Terravision and it was a terrible experience :)

I flew from Liverpool also because of Ryanair

Thanks for the info buses! That's a shame it's being withdrawn but at least they are replacing it - hope they honour any open tickets people already have bought though!
#22
Nooooo...thats rubbish!! The 700 was awesome!
#23
Surely no one needs a return

I think this picture should be pinned up in all Health and Safety offices to give them a sense of proportion. :-D
