Then maybe you should have just shut up you prat!! Crime rate in Liverpool is lower than Manchester, London and many other cities. Get over the stereotype you cretin. :x
#14
Is this the champagne they bought in for title celebration before it went belly up or for the new ground oh and that went belly up as well

Wrong. A good piece of business if you ask me. Keane should be given the award for the most amount of missed sitters.

Keane rejoins Tottenham for £19m

Robbie Keane has rejointed Tottenham Hotspur after passing a medical at the London club this afternoon.

Liverpool had reached an agreement with Spurs for the player earlier in the day. The fee is believed to be just over £15m with potential add-ons taking the cost of the deal to £19m.

[B]It is effectively the same fee that Tottenham received for Keane when he was sold to Liverpool last summer because the £20.3m figure then also included several add-ons which have not been enforced because of the striker's short stay at Anfield.

People in blue houses (who have no chance of ever winning anything although I suppose the odd relegation battle must be exciting...) should not throw stones...

Hows the Tesco stadium coming along?

Being a bluenose, you will never get to know the taste of champagne and success.

How many years is it under "the moyesiah" without a single trophy?

Lol. The true fee for Keane appears to have been £12m. On top of that, you have to deduct the £10m still owed from the original deal, and it seems that the Spuds have shelled out £2m to take him back. That's probably a lot less than he would have been paid in wages over tha last six months. Lolololol
#19
The question is what should we do with Keane's premiership medal?

Lol. They say every scouser's a comedian. You must be one of the funniest.
#21
Thanks to the OP. This will come in very handy for the end of the season. I may even crack open a bottle tomorrow night when Torres bags a hat trick at the woodyard.
#22
Isn't "Liverpool Champagne" street slang for Diamond White?
#23
I don't care about football. I think the hamper is a good deal - provided the champagne and the choccies are of quality - and I ordered it. It is good that no postage is payable so the overall price is £25.
#24
If you zoom in on the photo you can see Keane behind Gerrard, no wonder they are now trying to get rid of these photos. Sticking to the deal, the hamper is not amazing value for money when you add all the bits up. It is ok for a LFC fan though.
#25
Note the 'P' Pre-order status.

You lot do realise that you are pre-ordering the hamper for Christmas 2009 don't you?

PS Better hope that Liverpool don't go bust before your hamper arrives in December 2009!

For me Keane was worth every penny.

He helped us get to 2nd in the league whilst our far superior world class striker was injured.

Yeah the 1 Champions League trophy is the only major title in those 9. The fact that you even mentioned the "youth cups" shows how starved of major trophies you jokers have been. ha!

Too many obvious jokes to be made about this deal. All I can say is if you do go for this, be sure that the champagne has a lengthy sell by date. You wont be opening it for a long time...unless of course you win another lucrative Youth Cup! :-D
#29
Maybe , but there again you'll be able to pop into Tescos car park and buy yours at staff rates when your ground moves to Kirkby. Your new shirt being modelled on tesco value carrier bag!
#30
just tried it but they have all gone now :o(

So, apart from the Champions League and the Premier League are there no other major trophies? Sorry, but the FA Cup (won twice by Liverpool this decade) is THE major cup trophy in England. You are the joker...

Alright alright, calm down, calm down:whistling:

I was just about to say that, and point out that I was refering to how Liverpool had nicked 3 points in the last minutes of games. shame he thought I was refering to a stereotype :whistling: but then in footbal there are a minority who will come out fighting straight away.

Personally I have no affiliation to any major club (Apart from my home town Whitby Town)
#35
touchy pool fans on here shame only 1 team in red now in title race. Better tesco a good british company than a few bankrupt american cowboys. Anyway heard coco the clown was spotted yesterday at the liverpool circus

Yes son, I see your point. The FA cup would be considered a major trophy especially if your team hasn't actually competed in the Premier League in the last decade. You see Liverpool are just that, a CUP TEAM!

Come back to me when you win all THREE of them in the one season...you sir are the joker!

P.S. What did you win last season?...cue the tumble weed!

Yeah I just phoned and apparently a Mr. Ferguson has purchased the lot for delivery to Old Trafford in May. Appraently they needed the champers!
#39
There the murderers go again. Pointing the finger at other cities. Never their fault.

Ey? Ey? Ey?
#40
Haha at the bluenoses jumping on the bandwagon - face it, you can't even win an argument let alone a trophy.....

Still just think of all the money you lot save on Brasso....

Keep your comedy club, your comedy manager and your comedy ground - its gives the rest of us something to laugh at I suppose :)

If you know your history..............you wouldn't follow the blues would you eh ;)
