Docking & Sound, the i-Station offers a complete solution to listen, recharge, and synchronise your iPod or iPod mini with a dock connector. It produces hi-fi quality sound from the combination of a sub-woofer, dynamic tweeter speakers and 3D surround sound processor.
Connecting your iPod to i-Station is easy, just place the iPod and away you go. The dock, which fits both the iPod and iPod mini with dock connector, even recharges the iPod battery while it plays, leaving you to enjoy your music rather than worrying about the level of your battery power.
Stylish design and compact size (A5 size, weighing only 400g) means that this ultra-portable device fits unobtrusively in any room in your house, and is easily stowed away. The unit is powered either by the supplied AC mains adaptor or four optional AA batteries, allowing you to use the device wherever you choose. The lightweight and compact design even allows you to pack i-Station in your suitcase.
i-Station can be synchronised with your PC or Mac via a USB cable & FireWire and can also be used with other portable audio devices such as MP3, MiniDisc and CD players.

iPod 3G, 4G, Nano, Mini & Photo compatible

I have several sets around the house and would highly recommend - especially at this price. Don't forget Quidco - 4%.

Does this fit the latest version of the iPod Nano, and if so - does it seat in it properly?
Or does it look silly !?
Not sure, but doesn't the Nano come with a little holder that can be slotted into speakers like these?
Is this an old model? From the picture looks to be like the i-Station7 but without remote?
does this work for IPOD classic please ?

I think this is the old MIP106 which didn't have a remote.
