  I have one of these, it's perched in front of the TV and never has the front grill on and looks amazing. However............, whilst overall impressive in appearance, to be honest it's boomy but not basey, it's powerful but not defined. An old Bush 5.1 that cost me £20 sounded better but I just love the looks of this. (plus I am deaf in one ear so I have an excuse to not just go for pure sound quality!)

  I've had one of these for nearly a year and would recommend it as a good compromise between price and quality. Cheaper units are too weedy and the Yamaha YSP's are silly money. Go for it.
