Been posted a couple of tmes before, but worthy of a repost.

Bagged one of these for £9 (£15.99 inc post), albeit a refurb, from an eBay seller recently. Great sound, excellent value :) Comes with a nice case which you can fit and still have full use of the system.

good price, but i can imagine it would drain the batteries quite fast
so i'd just use it around the home if i got one...

Slightly off topic, but here goes.... hope somebody can help ;-)

I bought one of these 2nd hand - It's pretty good, but.... i use it with an itouch though I cannot get any of the white plastic adaptors to make it fit properly in the dock - I notice that all the plastic adaptors have numbers on the bottom - Does anybody use one of these LOGITECH AUDIOSTATIONS with an apple itouch (or iphone)... if so which dock adaptor number are you using?

I am currently having to wedge it tight by using my ipod case and pushing it up against the wall (stoopid i know, but it's the only way i can get it to fit & charge properly) :-/

ANY help would be appreciated........ ta :-)

A few docks are awkward to use the Touch with....... I think it's the older models (which this is) that were launched well before the Touch was.

The Touch is a lot slimmer than any of it's relatives and that's why it needs to be wedged in with something........

Yeah... thanks for that Orlando:) ... Shame you don't work for Apple as you seem to have noticed this problem & though Apple ship the itouch with these dock adaptors, they don't seem to fit!:x

Has Anybody had any luck with an adaptor that actualy fits?

great speaker system.
Got it last year from tesco's for £29.99
I have my xbox 360 plugged into at the mo, great sound.
Perfect for my bedroom

Seems a good deal - I'm looking to use one as a bedroom speaker for our iPod.
I assume it can be mains powered as well as battery?
Can anybody confirm this?

I have the Logitech Pure-FI, its AMAZING.

The sound is unbelievable ( i am a sound engineer so i dont say that easily!)

They battery on that also lasts 10hrs, not sure about this though.

Sorry, but what's the difference between this one and the FI? I'm a little out of touch with technology - esp. in the ipod field as I currently don't have one. May be getting one for my birthday though.

I have one, it works with the iPhone, I use it with the 5G 60/80GB dock adaptor, and while there is a bit of give its not enough to break anything.

Audio quality is good, if not amazing. They're not as good as my Creative GigaWorks T20 speakers which cost £10 more: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Creative-51MF-1545-AA00-GigaWorks/dp/B000EGAB5E, so if you're not worried about having a direct iPod interface and an all-in-one form factor then they are much better quality.

However as they can take 6 AA batteries, they're great for taking outdoors as they do go quite loud before the speakers distort, and come with a nice handy case. Recommended!
#13
In case they sell out or you have a store nearby they're this price at Morgan too.

I bought the T20 and 1. found them too big and 2. thought the sound wasn't anything special.

How's the bass on these things?
#15
Interested in buying this but have come across this one with good reviews also for similiar price:

What do you think as this one has FM Radio also! :)

I've got a set of these, they are great. Well worth the money.

I recently bought the Intempo IDS05 B Speaker and Docking Station from Amazon. This speaker received a What Hi-Fi 5 star rating and comes really highly recommend. I know it's £5 more expensive, but if you want an ipod speaker/dock system with an amazing subwoofer, going for under £40 I would definatly recommend this!

Just bought this one instead based on your advice! :?

Looks like a good deal. I might get one.

I'd only use it as a toy for the beach though, or small parties.

How long do the batteries last on this thing?

I've had both and agree, MM50 sounds miles better and is much lighter too using built in lithium battery rather than umpteen AA cells. I can't deny the Audiostation Express is good for 35 quid though.

... then for just six quid more you could get the MM50 from Amazon, sounds better and much lighter to travel with.
