Logitech G11 Backlit Gaming Keyboard £24.95 @ Staples

Bought one of these in my local Staples (Gateshead) for £24.95. Next cheapest I can find on web is £29.95 + VAT + delivery. These usually go for £40 - £50. Bargain!

Stay on top of your game with the Logitech® G11 keyboard. Featuring illuminated characters on every key, the G11 lets you keep playing long after the sun goes downperfect for marathon flag defense sessions or late-night raids. Use any of the 18 fully programmable G-keys to execute complex macros with a single keypress, and with 3 modes for each key, you can have 54 custom programmed keys per game. The powerful profiler software even lets you create new macros on the fly, so you can configure the keyboard to work exactly the way you want it to while you're still in the game.

EDIT: Can see product here at Expansys http://www.expansys.com/p.aspx?i=158903

I had a look, couldn't find it so put Offline availability - best bet is to ring them up. That said, I've seen it in this store plenty of times, so guess they just don't sell it from their website/distribution centre.
#3
The last time these were posted i couldn't find any instore either so may be limited to certain stores.
#4
they may not be in stock in all stores, store 44109 - coventry has 1 left in stock, i have one myself with staff discount, a very nice keyboard

Yeh, the last time it was posted I marched down to my Glasgow store, and it was more expensive :-(

always best to check at the tills, at least in our store, we sometimes miss changing some price labels on the shelves ;)

grabbed the last one at sunderland staples. Best to ring them up and reserve it if available. Glad I got one at this price, best next price is £40 that i found.. so well glad with it.

Don't mistake this for the G15 Version 1, guys :)

This does not have the LCD screen. Just a heads up :)

Hot though. Fantastic keyboard (I had a G15 version 1, got version 2 now.)

Wow, 25 quid is an absolute bargain considering it's worth about 40-50! Going down to my nearest Staples branch first thing tomorrow.

Can someone confirm if this is true? And that there is NO LCD on the keyboard, because I have not heard of a G15 not having the LCD before?

Edit: nvm, misread did not realise it was a G11, not G15.

It's a good price but if I was shelling out £25 on the keyboard I'd probably spend a bit more and go for the G15 with the LCD, nonetheless a quality keyboard voted hot.

#15

G15s cost upwards of £50-70. A little LCD screen is definitely not worth an extra £25+.

Teenage boys, especially, will love this Logitech G11...

Did the gateshead store have many in? I'm gonna go after work.
#21
None left at Gateshead :(
#22
None left at Reading. According to the chap I spoke with, it's been removed from the restocking system. If there are any left at your local store, snap them up before they're gone.
#23
I managed to get the last one in the Baird Street, Glasgow, store for £24.45

My Saitek Eclipse II is a bit battered now!

coventry staff haven't even heard of it, nor could they find it on their systems... :-(
