"Good intel and the proper gear are the keys to victory, even in gaming. The Logitech® G15 keyboard keeps you
informed and outfitted to win.

With the Logitech-exclusive GamePanel™ LCD, you can easily find out what server your friends are using to
play Battlefield 2142™, or receive notification when your World of Warcraft® battleground becomes available.
You can even identify who’s speaking in Ventrilo™. Create useful macros on the fly and play them back with
a single press of a G-key. Illuminated characters allow you to play late into the night.

The Logitech® G15 gives you a winning advantage, and everyone knows it’s more fun when you win."

A few reviews -

aaaah, i was looking at this or the razer lycosa for Aion.....if only aion worked under 32 bit with this board i'd snap it up. Best price around tho, and supposedly great bit of kit, hot :)
I've been using this keyboard for gaming for a year now, and it is very very overrated.

The macro keys are too close to the standard keys and the M keys too far away to be useful during gaming. Essentially you have to take your eyes off the screen to work the macro's, and that is a death sentence for a gamer..

The other main gripe I have with it is the screen is pretty much useless, you simply dont have time to watch/view the screen when gaming so most of the applets are pointless.

Yes it looks nice, and yes this is a good deal considering the price, but I wouldn't recomend this if your a gamer, go for a razer instead..
HOT! Pity it aint the Rev 1.0 but this will do. Grab LCD studio and design your own applets! Fantastic :)
Create useful macros on the fly and play them back with
a single press of a G-key.
But be careful if you're into multiplayer games, punkbuster doesn't like macro's.
isnt this over priced?
Got one of these and love it. Can't say I use the programmable keys but the LCD display can be handy esp if I'm listening to music whilst playing a game as I can see whats playing and change tracks without alt-tabbing plus the info screens supported by some games were handy. Its a good quality keyboard and seems a decent price seeing as I paid about £60 for mine and amazon / play are at £66.99 and ebuyer £51.93 so gets the thumbs up from me.
This is approximately the price I paid just over a year ago, before the exchange rate went mad. At the time I was just after a decent keyboard, but the backlight and (especially) the LCD have proven surprisingly useful!
Excellent piece of equipment, and ideal for gaming, but the version 1 is so much better with the extra programmable macro keys and the flip screen bit, however can only get that on ebay now :(
Great price.

This is a really nice keyboard for general non-gaming use especially if you can really make use of the LCD. If you have zero use for the LCD then it's pretty useless or too highly priced for gaming as it's nothing amazing @ £48. If considering Google it and make sure you're reading comments from people with this V2 UK version. Read everything because you may see something you don't like. Loads on YouTube too.

I prefer the G19 due to the better backlit colours but the price of that is high.
I have one of these and it is awesome. I use sirreals plugin with it a lot. The macro keys are very useful if you use a bunch of different programs, as it's nice to have different profiles for each one. The only complaint I have is that the USB ports on the back of it are USB 1.0

I love playing games with it and being able to see what songs I'm listening to on the screen and be able to skip track etc... big selling point for me.

edit: why is this on the front page, the deal was over a week ago in the today only section!
I have this and think its gash!

(but then I have stopped gaming, so maybe thats why)
Great deal, but they've changed the today only offers now. So expired =[.

Nice find though.
The only complaint I have is that the USB ports on the back of it are USB 1.0

Yeah, and that means they'll only power very very basic mice and maybe a very old (ie 128mb) USB flash. If you push the port to its maximum you can expect a startup error too in Windows.

Pretty poor show.
