I know that this is not for everyone as it's still a lot of money but for people who take there racing games seriously this is an absolute steal at this price.

Simulator-grade force feedback. Rock-solid 900 degree steering. Six-speed shifter. With the Logitech G25 Racing Wheel, you're not playing games anymore - you're racing! The 28cm (11") leather-covered wheel has a stainless steel frame for superior rigidity. The dual-motor force feedback mechanism sports two sets of steel ball bearings for smooth, tight steering and superior force effects. Precision stainless steel accelerator, brake and clutch pedals let you elevate your driving to an art form. Components can be bolted down for exceptional sturdiness - Now it's not the wheel's fault if you don't win.

Now £119.97 and cheapest I can find inc. delivery. Compared to the newer model G27 which is overinflated in price.... this is a bargain!

Tried editing the old post but will not let me.

My bad I found it cheaper whilst I was half way through submiting the deal and forgot I had already entered Overlockers in on the first page , Dabs.com has the cheaper price if you take into account delivery. Overclockers sells the wheel for £124.99 but charges £9.95 for delivery so not as good a deal.

I am afraid you will need to just copy and paste the url in my post into your browser.

I actually thought that too, it seems I must have passed by some offers pre christmas when they were approx £100-120 from what I recall. Currently, this is a good deal.

I don't ever remember seeing this sell for £100 or I am sure I would have snapped one up then :)

Amazon for example are selling this product for £195.76 in stock and Play.com have it up for £209.99.

yes i remember it was £120 i first saw this on the gadget show and wanted it so badly shame its so expensive. id rather buy a ati 4890/4870 for that much money.

Have only once seen this around the £100 mark, normally around £150 but drops to around £130 sometimes.

Good deal, waiting for it to be sub £100 here too, but from the looks of it well worth the price if you've got a good setup to go with it.

It'll never be under £100 as theres no real competition - the Fanatec wheel is the only thing even in the same league and even then it's a bit... meh imo.

Had one of these for a few months, seriously don't bother unless you have a proper mount for it. It is a fantastic wheel (leather for chrissakes ha), pedals have to be seen to be believed...stunning with GTR, Grid, great fun oin PS3 as well, but like I said you need a wheel and pedal mount.

This ended up collecting dust as I didn't buy a mount for it, so I fleabayed in the end and made money on it ;-)

Awesome wheel though, NO DOUBT...I'm the booosss!

I really wanted one of these for this price once I missed them at Christmas and the £ slid against the €, but now I'm waiting to see if Fanatec produce a non limited vanilha 360/PC/PS3 wheel or indeed Logitech.

That it was under £100. Do you crush every attempt to inject some humour you come across?

It has been hovering around 120'ish mark for a while now. New G27 screenshots have been roaming around suggesting that Logitech are going to release it pretty soon. So we probably will see more better deals on this one.

It is a great wheel, price for this deal is not bad at all. Hot

So did I

I posted this deal 6 weeks ago, there has been better deals around since then but this is still a fair price for an excellent wheel ready for GT5.

G27 and GT5.

This was £100 a few weeks ago and will get cheaper once new wheel is out.

You won't get the G27 for this price for a while though, and from what I have read about the G27 it's only has miner differences from the G25.

I think they will discontinue the G25 when the G27 is released rather than sell it cheaper.

Yes you are missing something, It costs £136.25 when you add the delivery charge.
#21
wow would have liked one for £99 :-D

Still a good price though, seen these sell for far more.

Link takes me to overclockers? Good deal, though. But I'm personally waiting for it to get to <£100 before I contemplate buying it :)

Theres romours of the next wheel being released called the G27.

this is bound to drop below £100 as it has done on play.......just wait for it.

and if ur serious then you might want to wait for the G27 as it will have better features.

They are not rumours the G27 is coming thats why this product is selling for this price now rather than £250 that it originally sold for, I got one for £100 from play but that has now finished and is unlikely to happen again.

As I said in a previous post I believe they will dicontinue the G25 as soon as the G27 is released and that will cost you around £200 at best for what is an almost identical product from what I have read with only small changes.

So what's a good pc racing game to play with this? Preferably multiplayer? I quite like Need for speed but can't get multiplayer to work on Carbon. Most of the recent NFS's have been carp.
