I got a mechanical keyboard last Christmas. How I managed without on I'll never know. They are truly amazing!

Have you got the product code please? Phoned currys/pc world but couldn't locate it. Popped into my local one but without the code they couldn't advise if any were in stock near me.

I paid £100 for this a year ago. Only things that bug me are the overly bright lock key LED's, and the shape of the keyboard on the sides. It has however been rock solid and a pleasure to type on. An absolute steal at £50.

Great keyboard, has Cherry MX Browns and feels amazing to type with! No ghosting in any games now. :)

I had a look at that a couple of days ago in Blackpool, though it was a customer return. It also had another 10% off that price!

The main reason I'll get one is that because of the n-key rollover (normal keyboard usually only allows for at most 3 button presses at the same time). Mechanical keyboards register way more key presses at the same time (26 for this particular keyboard).

Eg. in a game, you need to crouch (shift key) move forward (w) and reload (r) at the same time. You can't do this with conventional keyboards.

Unfortunately sore to Currys reserve line, who put me through to a team whocould see allstock systems. They no longer stock the item, was on clearance and no stock left anywhere apparently. Sad times! Hopefully someone can prove them wrong.

Most gaming keyboards now have n-key (or atleast 20 key) rollover, thats hardly specific to mechanical keyboards. Mechanical keyboards are about the switches used for each key, to offer a precise execution of the key being pressed as well as great feedback of the key and return.

But you have 5 levels of adjustability on the LEDs.. including turning them off completely?

He means the Caps Lock/Num Lock etc indicator LEDs.

Amazing price for one of the best mechanical gaming keyboards around.
