For anyone wondering, the voucher appears in the form of a small button on the product page near the price that you click to redeem £10 off the sale price.

Very tempted to get this to play Forza 6 on my big telly, although I don't really want to get a stand as well. Any ideas how to set it up in a living room?

I combined this with a £5 rebate when spending over £20 at Amazon when using my Amex too!

You joke but before I moved house and acquired a man cave that's exactly what I used to use 8)

I now have a GT Omega stand which is awesome, not cheap at £89 but is a really solid and well designed piece of kit. http://www.gtomegaracing.com/wheel-stands/gt-omega-steering-wheel-stand

I've just purchased this wheel to go with it as an upgrade from my little cheap Thrustmaster Spider wheel.

When you open the page just under the price there is a little box that says collect voucher, hit that then add to basket and proceed through and it'll take it off at checkout page

Quick question for anyone that owns one of these, does it come with the bolts for mounting to a stand?

It comes with clamps on the wheel but if you want to hard mount it you will need to buy the bolts for the wheel and pedals

I think if you buy a dedicated stand such as the gt omega it comes with the bolt needed to hard mount it but obviously if your going to do a day stand then you'll need to get bolts to mount it.

I received my wheel yesterday but havn't decided yet to go for the gt omega or the playseat challenge stand. If anyone can recommend which stand is better I'd appreciate it.

Yeah I got the Omega and remember getting bolts with it but my current cheap wheel didn't have bolt holes so I think there hidden in a "special place" somewhere lol

Re the Omega, it's a great piece of kit, very sturdy doesn't slide at all (using on a tiled floor) and has multiple adjustment for height, I think it's two for angle but with the height adjustment you can find an angle that suits I'm sure.
The main reason I went for it is the Playseat is awesome but you need to have a bug old chunk of space for it to sit all the time whereas a stand can fold away if needed. The reason I went for Omega over the type Westy posted up above is that I didn't want a centre pole because I could see it would annoy me using pedals, however I've heard nothing but good things about that type too.

Thanks, The playseat I was referring to is the challenge which actually folds up also,it's pretty much a deck chair with a frame attached for wheel/pedal mounting. It's usually goes for around £140 on amazon so I'll probably go for the omega as it's around £40 cheaper.

Ah ok, sorry just saw Playseat and thought you meant the solid cockpit ones.

Yeah the guys at inside sim racing reviewed the challenge, they said it was great, and I very nearly went for that one too but opted for the omega in the end.

Yeah I've watched a lot of reviews on both stands and both have pros/cons so I'll probably go for the omega as it's £40 cheaper and I think you can buy an attachment to add a seat later when I have more space.

Not for this price.

Thrustmaster t300 or TX if you have the money.

Edit: actually, have a read up on the t150, might be all you need and in the same price bracket.

My Playseat challenge is £159.99 from Game but I had alot of Game credit so I went for it! It does seem mega expensive bit the reviews are good :)

Did you just work that out, or did you place an order it, because I didn't get student discount and the voucher, only the £10 voucher?

Thanks, Captain Obvious, yes - I'm an Amazon Prime Student ;)

I even tried manually adding my Amazon voucher code from the members section of NUS.

I don't think you can stack the £10 voucher and NUS , that was my question to ajavaid92

Because the Xbox is not in the same room as where I sit and play (AV room is behind a wall where the projector screen is. HDMI is chased through concrete walls and then runs behind coving to the projector, meaning no visible wires).

That wasn't Logitech fault however, do what I do...

I've had every single wheel, each time a new one comes out and it goes on offer my old wheel goes on eBay. They sell for silly money, I bet you could sell your G27 for the price of this G29 that's on sale at the moment.

I got my G29 from Amazon Warehouse cheap as it was opened, it must of been returned because it didn't work (my guess) as when I got it it didn't work with the pc, yet there is a tiny tiny switch on top of the wheel, clicked it and the wheel sprung into life. Reading the manual it has a switch for PS4 and PC...

I'd recommend getting this and selling the old one.

You really need a stand or the pedals will be all over the place. Wheel Stand Pro, £99 on Amazon is the way to go. I have it for my T300, you won't be disappointed.

Looks like it's no longer available at this price which is a shame as I've just put my G27 up for sale on ebay :(
