Should be working now.

Decent enough remote but the Harmony One is a class above this and is often discounted to this price by Amazon or Play

It's actually a very nice remote to use, has all the features I know about in the Harmony One and also coloured buttons (assuming it's euro model)!

However, and this is a big however, it's fragile as hell and Logitech don't care.. The mute button fell out of mine and the brittle plastic they use between the buttons and the IC switches are very probe to breaking. The main 'off' switch and the volume rocker eventually snapped on mine.

As I was the second owner (bought through amazon marketplace and it was listed as new), Logitech weren't interested at all - they say their warranty isn't transferrable.

Could one of the owners of this device say how well it plays with Vista Media Center? Logitch say it is supported, but I can't find any more information about that. I want to know if I have to painstakingly learn all the IR codes and map the buttons.

Useful feedback, thanks. Sound like it may not be up to the job - my kids are forever dropping remotes on the floor.

Yer wouldn't recommend this remote for kids use but for someone who wants a quality remote it is superb. I have had mine for at least two years now and only recently cracked the screen when I was downright clumsy. I like its design and I gather the One doesn't have coloured buttons? Slight niggle with it sitting in the cradle to charge sometimes but like I say I am still using it two years down the line. Worth this price I would say. I have a 1000 sitting unused in its charger as I can't get on with it at all. Really should get around to selling it.

I've had this remote for a while now. Kids have dropped it onto my laminate a few times and so far its still working. One REALLY annoying feature is that you must put the remote onto the cradle to charge it really carefully and wiggle it until it "kicks in". Otherwise you'll often find your remote doesn't get charged.

Apart from that its a fantastic remote.
