"Approximately 12 months battery life". Who knows, but 'approximately' does it for me.

My mother has just got a laptop which connects to her iPad which has a 20GB sim card in it. Would a wireless mouse work in this situation or would you have to have a normal wired mouse? Thank you.

I think this comes with a usb dongle which you would plug into the usb socket of the laptop, then you can use the mouse to control the cursor on the laptop screen instead of the touchpad. How you connect the laptop through tethering to a tablet is irrelevant.

Got this mouse and it's awful to use, just doesn't feel right in the hand. Got an M185 as well and that's so much better.
