Seems overpriced, does it do anything special? I'd rather pay £2 extra and get the gaming mouse

I still think this one is better, it's wireless for a start and i find it ideal for use with my laptop as it has a small nano reciever which doesn't get in the way...

Here's play.com description:
The Logitech Wireless Mouse M305 offers exceptional comfort and cordless convenience with its ergonomically designed soft rubber grip and the nano-receiver. Plus, the plug-and-forget nano-receiver is so small it stays in your laptop, so that your mouse is always ready to use. Logitech's advanced 2.4 GHz wireless technology provides a powerful, reliable connection - with virtually no delays or dropouts. Intelligent battery management delivers months of use and added convenience. An indicator light eliminates surprises and the automatic sleep mode turns off the mouse when you're not using it. High-definition optical tracking (1000 dpi) enables responsive and smooth cursor control.

Have a couple of these

Great wireless mice with a tiny nano reciever that only extends approx 5mm from the usb port which stops it getting damaged.

Designed for notebook / netbook.

Small, battery lasts ages and there is a place internally to store the usb receiver if needed.

At this price, hot from me !

That mouse is not wireless, if someone wants wireless this one is good and a good price.

If you've got a PC WORLD / CURRYS voucher knocking around you can pick these up in store for £12.50 (with the £5 off)

Got my daughter a nice pink one last week as she struggles with my G9X and she's murdering my kill/death ratio on COD Black Ops - She's only 5 though. This mouse is quite small but should have the usual robust & reliable Logitech build quality.
