Almost identical to the mouse I'm using at the moment (I also have the keyboard), and it's excellent :)

Bought one of these from Currys for £21.99 last May. Hated the thing its awkward to use and unresponsive. Sold a few months later for £20 on eBay. Now using a Microsoft Laser Mouse 6000 V2, which is much much better. Voted cold.

With mice and keyboards it's very important to try before you buy. For example, I hated the MS laser mouse 6000 V2. However, I would probably hate any mice with buttons down the sides as found on the MX620 and others. It's still a hot deal if the mouse suits you - just try it first. Voted hot.
