I currently use the Logitech MX Performance mouse but after a good few years of service it is starting to go a bit wonky, so I've been keeping an eye out for a decent price for a new mouse, and this one gets some good reviews. It is usually around the £70 mark (still over £70 at Currys/eBuyer/John Lewis and the like). I know it was cheaper during Black Friday, but...time machine...etc. etc.!

It's a really good mouse. Not bad for gaming either I bought mine about a year ago and very pleased and a lot dearer.

Is it better than G502 or G900 thanks

I have both this and the MX Anywhere 2. Couple of comments .They are brilliant, but this is a rather large mouse. The batteries last a long time and can still be used whilst plugged in. Overall I'm happy with them.

It has been cheaper but I can highly recommend this mouse and I purchased it for about £70! (No regrets)

I own the g900 g502 and the master, I personally wouldn't use it for gaming. The g900 is my favourite mouse ever. This is coming from someone who owns a Mionix Castor, Naos, Avior. Mx master could work for rts or similar type of games.

Because it would be crazy to spend more than £3 on something you use multiple hours per day that you could be getting ~10 years usage out of wouldn't it?

I got one for £42 during black Friday and that is the only time of year you are going to get one cheaper. It is a great mouse, comfy, accurate, battery lasts for ages, free-wheeling mode is great.

I also have a G700s and I do wish the MX Master had more buttons though.

Shape is still too flat though for extended use and to that extents, it's not much different to a cheaper mouse. Don't know why they can't release a better shaped ergonomic mouse that doesn't force your arm to pronate and twist for extended periods of time.

I have an MX510 from 2005 that's still perfectly usable.

You're probably the type of guy who buys multi-pack disposable razors rather than just investing in a high-quality electric one.

I still use my Logitech G5 that I purchased to play Counter Strike 1.6 back in like 2005... That's 12 years of usage and it still performs perfectly. I'm just looking for a wireless option now.
