A superb wireless mouse - fits my man-size hands properly. It has Darkfield technology which means it works superbly on glass & other reflective surfaces. They are the only ones I have found which work well on my laminate PC desk.

It is a wireless mouse, however it is charged by USB, so does not have to rely on a steady supply of rechargable AA batteries, although it does use one. The mouse can also be used while plugged in to USB (if you don't mind a wired mouse).

I know that some lucky people have gotten this for £20 recently from their local Tesco, but not everyone has one of those nearby.

perfect mouse. the scroll wheel also has two modes, one which feels more natural like a touch screen scroll (I cant describe it lol) which makes it all the more better.

bought this mouse xmas 2 years ago for 36 pounds pc world. Rubbish for gaming of any kind, poor sensitivity and heavy and the charge does not hold for more than 4-5 hours. I now use it as a remote control for the monitor when watching films.

For office work and web browsing its ok but this is too much.

Just read specs and realized my 4 year old mx 518 has better specs than this, and it cost me less.

Since you like it so much, you could always get another MX518 incase yours breaks. It'll set you back £133 though oO

It's good for gaming for a wireless mouse , but seriously no one would use any wireless mouse for gaming. sensitivity is fine and highly configurable. to me it sounds like you either had a duff one or user error. did you use their configuration software to adjust the settings. I'll bet 100% not

agree it's heavy which is a good thing for home based pcs.

I had several but gave up due to logitechs aim to destroy their brand by using cheap components . I had 3 of these mice in 4 months, however one before them last 3 years

I bought Logitech mx mouse about five years ago and is still going strong.
A wise investment if your thinking of buying one.

if talking about mx revolution then still talking garbage, battery lasted ages and dont think much of the other moans either

edit: although.... not sure id recommend one nowadays as all my damn logitechs fail with mouse click and was too fiddly for my sausage fingers to fix
got an anker now for a tenner and its not far off the logitech - sure its 'cheap' and i miss infinite scroll but these are not worth 3-4 times the cost (if last the same amount of time anyway!)

Works well with Minesweeper and solitaire X)

Personally I love this mouse, mine keeps it's charge much better, but since it uses standard batteries, you can always replace them with higher capacity batteries of your own. I use mine heavily all day, every day and usually get a fortnight of heavy use, out of a charge.

I also like the weight and size, but on the other hand my left handed wife hates the thing, but at least it keeps her off my computer.

I use mine for gaming and it's fine, typically those having issues with it will be down to a poor surface or interference causing inaccuracy/delays in movement, it's perfectly adequate. Additionally the battery can now be changed for a higher rated one which last longer but even on the standard one I get about 20-30 hours use out of it.

One thing many people forget is that you can charge this using a micro USB phone charger, if you have a decent one with a GOOD quality cable it'll recharge in about 30 minutes. You can check how good the cable is by using a rated charger than plugging it into an android phone with a charge rate app installed. This can also be used to test the charging rate of USB ports on your PC/laptop as they do vary quite a lot.

£54.50 now :/

To all the garbage eating accusers ........ mine is this mouse with removable battery and its settings even at the max dpi setting are **** compared to 10 pound wired mouse. It is heavy and had more resistance on mice mats than light / flat mice. Battery charge goes to red after 6 hours hardcore gaming fps / rts ... and the mouse sensitity in online competitive multiplayer is laggy as **** compared to similar priced wired mice with 4x better dpi.

Your money though.

and yes i did end up leaving the usb charge cable on it alot of the time as the battery saving feature wasnt as reliable as having to remember to flick the off switch off underneath - then one thinks why did i not buy wired instead. To think i got a "bargain" 2 years ago ................ its a 2009 wireless mouse !
