This is my first post here so hope this is all correct and is worthy....

Logitech's Squeezebox is a fantastic network music player that transmits all the digital music stored on your PC to your stereo - through Wi-Fi or cables! Easy to set up and use, this powerful, well-thought device produces high-quality audio, without any skipping or delay. Its large, elegant display shows track titles, artists and menus: you can browse by genre, artist or playlist, or randomly mix your music. The Squeezebox also gives you access to a practically limitless number of Internet radios, even when your PC is switched off. "

This is an amazing bit of kit, the sound is fantastic as it has burr brown DAC's.

They are around £199 online and seem to go for a fair bit on ebay.

I picked one up last night from PC World for £59, the product code on my receipt is 0000424887 if there is none in stock in your local store they might be able to locate one for you.

hot if you can find one...

what store did you get yours from?

You can control these from a web interface too. Handy if you keep a laptop around your sofa.

Got one thanks! Probably because the Boom is out now that it's reduced. Doesn't make this any less good product. Thanks again

I got mine from Cardiff, Culverhouse Cross.

There were 3 for sale, I took 1, so should be 2 left.
I didn't want to be greedy and buy the lot, though I was sorely tempted as this is an amazing bit of kit.

P.S. Regarding laptop control, I do the same but also have an app on my android phone which is amazing, I think there are apps for the iphone/ipod too.

Just checked in my local (Halifax) and they didn't have any. They also checked local area for me and said that there was nothing.
