Revised price of £105 was until recently £106.94 with Free Delivery down from originally £159.00 saving £54. Only a few weeks ago it was around £115 and I was considering getting my second one then, so this might really tempt me.

£105 is the cheapest it has ever been on sale directly from Amazon.

Currently sells for £119.99 from Currys/PCWorld, or £140.04 from Ebuyer, and incredibly around £130 on Ebay.

If you have an Android phone there are plenty of apps to control the radio directly from your phone; I also believe there are some paid apps for the IPhone.

If I didn't already have a Squeezebox classic, boom and receiver then I'd buy this. Anyone interested in the idea of streaming music should seriously consider starting here.

...but the link doesn't seem to work. It is there if you search the site though.

Fixed now - unfortunately the link accessed from 'see more technical details' adds a 'techdata' tag in the deal link which the gotodeal system doesn't recognise - but if you use the main product link (return to product overview) it works - fixed for you now though, thanks again for posting :)

I'm hoping somewhere will offer it with the optional battery bundled in. John Lewis had it a while back for about a tenner more than this with the battery included. The battery normally costs an outrageous £45 in an 'accessory pack', along with a remote control.

The battery is a must for me. There are guides on the web for making a cheap battery out of 10 x AA rechargeables and a bit of soldering, but I'd rather not resort to that.

Thanks blodnik, I did spot that deal, only drawback is limited stock availability; around 1 or 2 units per store if lucky.

Yeah that would do it for me too. I could kid myself I need one for the garden that way. I'm not sure how strong the wireless is on it though.

If you have an old logitech product (mouse, keyboard anything) then you may be in luck. You can get the radio and accessory pack for as little as £115.68 from Logitech directly.

Try the following:
Register for the Logitech trade-in offer, which will email you with a 20% voucher redeemable on any Logitech product over £49.99: http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/349/7016

Then go to this Logitech promotion to buy the Squeezebox Radio for £159 with free Accessory Pack from Logitech directly (shipped from Luxembourg by UPS, with free delivery): http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/promotional-items/devices/8053

When you apply your 20% trade-in discount code, you'll get to £127.20 (incl. free delivery).

It's also possible to get 9% Quidco discount (on price excl. VAT and delivery), which should get you down to £115.68 incl. Quidco cashback.

My order being processed as I write.

You basically need a broadband connection with wifi, and a squeezecentre acount (free). Then you can listen to internet radio stations from wherever in the world you like.

Received it all on Monday: £127.20 charged, but with only £6.36 cashback tracked. No idea how they calculated that value, but brings it down to £120.84. Still a pretty good deal, bearing in mind it's direct from Logitech, and comes with the accessory pack.
