Reduced from £229.95. The next cheapest is £164 at Amazon, seems like a cracking deal if you have a Logitech Squeezebox setup and want the proper graphical remote.....

The Logitech Squeezebox Controller is a multi-room remote with a 6cm colour display that lets you easily browse, select, and play music from the palm of your hand. It will control all all your receivers from the Squeezebox family.
The backlit screen clearly displays your music and album art so you can easily see what you’re listening to and navigate your options. A convenient scroll wheel, familiar menus, and intuitive buttons makes navigating your playlists, albums, artists, and more a breeze.

Setup is simple when you connect a new one, they automatically find each other. Your favorites and playlists are instantly ready to be played.

Want to listen to the same music in every room? You can synchronize all your Squeezebox players so you can move around the house without missing a beat. But if you want to listen to one thing and someone else wants to listen to another, you can do that too. Got more than two Squeezeboxes? They can be synchronized or played independently in any combination you choose.

Squeezebox software also lets you enjoy Internet radio and online music services without turning your computer on.

I found the Joggler pretty useless as a controller for squeezebox due to it not being wireless, ie it has to be plugged into the mains to work, best app ifor Squeezebox s iPeng for the touch/iphone.

Any idea what else could be used for a cheap controller?
My smartphone is a palm pre so no support there unless i decide to dual boot android and webos.
But thats too much hassle.

You use the iPhone or Smartphone as a remote to control Squeezeplay on the Joggler! And it works perfectly!

My John Lewis had the SQB Boom's at £99.99 and the radio at £79.99.

If you look about, there are some good deals in the John Lewis sale. Sony ebook readers for £59.99, Mario Galaxy 2 special edition for £15, PSP 3000 for £49.99.
Thank god it's pay day this week.
