Misco are not an authorised reseller for Logitech, or at least Logitech do not appear in this list: http://www.misco.co.uk/microsites/public/content/accreditations.asp?sourceid=4137&emailaddress=1&freephone=1&banners=catalistbanners

some bad reviews on these on Amazon

I've got a pair of these. The original earbuds that comes with them are rubbish. If you do get them, I recommend you calling Logitech up on their support line and get a new set of earbuds delivered to you FREE. The new set is actually a better fit and they dont come undone from the earphones which is a safety issue on the originals.

Paid £59 from Play early last year for them.

An alternative is the Klipsch Image S4 (around £53 from Amazon). Great set of buds with really good detail

I really don't think misco would sell fake headphones, to be honest it is not bad deal at all, those are third from top of ultimate ears range after ultimate ears 10 trifi and ultimate ears 700

IMO I prefer the mk1 Bose which are available for 60ish from comet.
