i have this mouse (im sure its the same model, looks exactly like it) and have to say it is excellent! the usb adapter part fits into the back of the mouse so not only do you not lose it, it also switches the mouse off when not in use, prolonging the life of the batteries. i use tesco value 1xAA batteries and they last ages (months).

Don't bother with the vx nano, I got it as a gift and see no benefit with that and this, ok it has back forward buttons that are badly placed, it has free scrolling wheel at the cost of middle click bring a seperate button, it's not worth the addition cost in my view this looks just fine.
