  Very selective, Tesco are offloading loads of old and discontinued electrical goods.
  
  Good luck to anyone that goes looking, but I wouldn't waste my time.
  Most of the managers buy anything decent before the normal staff and customers even get a look at it.

  Hmm interesting, so this is USB powered and connected, My laptop headphone scocket is busted (think it thinks headpohones are plugged all the time) would this work for me?

  Yes it would, it installs, through Plug and Play, as a new sound output device. So it replaces your built in speakers, through USB, rather than rely on a 3.5mm headphone/audio out jack. Its a lot easier in my eyes. One connection. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2fYsnHQypk

  im still considering sticking a usb souncard and fashioning some sort of automatic switch for switching between built in speakers and headphones.
  
  I;ve heard one of these though and they are very good for the money.,
