The Mayor of London has announced London Film Day on Sunday 21 March, with discounted tickets (£5 for adults and £1 for children) to Nanny McPhee And The Big Bang in the first ever simultaneous world public film premiere in 15 cinemas.
London Film Day will also offer young film fans, families and visitors to the capital the opportunity to take part in free workshops at the 15 venues. Celebrating the magic of Nanny McPhee, these will range from modelling and animation techniques to storytelling and storyboarding. Mayor of London Boris Johnson explains: Londoners love film and we want to bring the excitement of a world premiere to local cinemas in boroughs throughout the capital.
The following London Cineworld Cinemas will be participating in the London Film Day Haymarket, Wandsworth, Wood Green and Feltham.
