the type of planes that might have lose screws, nuts and bolts you can physically hear, never again unless you bring your impact drill and all the possible different fittings with you in case of an emergency, also a parachute if allowed.

seems great price with short stopover. not sure about airlines though!

Prices are great just the time of the year isn't too good. Scorching temperatures, impossible to go out and enjoy the places

So that's the Boeing 777-300ER which has an average Turkish Airlines fleet age of less than 3 years. I bet your underpants are older than that .

Worth noting that it's monsoon season in Mumbai and you'll see very heavy rain and thunderstorms most days. It's extremely humid, so expect it to feel 40c+ day and night. Nice deal though!

A bit optimistic if this is a return deal ;-)

Not the most reliable, safe nor punctual airline in the world, often having unscheduled stop-overs.

There is also no decent food or in-flight entertainment. I understand that there is a supplement to pay for a re-fuelling stop in Istanbul, which can be quite costly. Baggage is also additional extra.

I'd rather go with Emirates - pay a little more and be safe.

COLD. Sorry.

You obviously are not a traveller or have a clue what on earth you are talking about. I have flown with Turkish a few times, the food was absolutely amazing and the entertainment good. Had two free suitcases 20 kgs each. No supplement to pay for re-fuelling and flights have always been more punctual than Emirates..

Turkish Airlines has changed dramatically in the last few years, pretty sure its rated 4 star now, which is the same as Emirates. Huge investments in terms of new planes, compared to other European airlines, they are far superior.

They are offering the same stuff as the middle eastern airline firms, including Emirates. Coming from a family which flies with Emirates and Qatar Airways, Turkish airlines is still a pretty good option.

A haha I love the fact that people with lose nuts commenting from Mars obviously not from this earth..
Tukish airlines was the bet airline in Europe forll the last several years and now I believe they were chosen the best worldwide as well as in Europe. Have used them at least twice a year for the last 10 years and always the best food which they even give you chpice cooked by doco served hot, unlimited alcohol and drinks, great leg spaces ,brilliant young crew with a smiling face oh by the way this is only economy class not business and a free 23kg luggage plus 8kg small luggage to take it with you to the plane. No need to say that they have youngest fleet. I have used several other companies to fly to Europe and Turkey when I had to but the food was not really food, the planes were usually old and noisy, anything you wanted they would charge you.
And Turkish Airlines flys to most countries in the world...

It's not the heat, it's the humidity and the rain. The Monsoon is just getting started.

Muslim pilots defer to the oldest guy in the room even if he's known to be a numpty. CRM training is an attempt to break that ingrained social hierarchy But when the chips are down - what do you think will happen..?

Can you tell me where you got all that information from please, because from what I've seen they are a very highly rated airline and don't charge for all those things you mentioned.
Maybe you are thinking of Ryan Air?

Sure. CFIT just outside AMS, planes off runways and the go around after heavy landing incident last year that luckily didn't result in a crash, but substantial airframe damage.

Those incidents are no worse than BA over the last few days, also 3 guesses which airline first officer works for

He's absolutely right. It's just a matter of time, the only European airline I refuse to fly is Turkish.
