This is an excellent deal for Qatar Airways which is one of six 5 star airlines in the world. I didn't realise this but Virgin, British Airways and even Emirates are classified as 4 star

Dates I put in were 27 November to 4 December 2010 but there are loads of dates available

There are also offers from other airports and to other destination as Qatar currently has a sale. I checked for this flight on Sunday and it was over £420

November and December are the best months to go to Dubai with temperatures of around 30 degrees rather than over 40 in the summer months

Just to add, you can get flights on Gulf airlines for £330 for that time of year but that is a 2 star airline. So the difference of around £33 is excellent value for a much better airline.

hot...booked thanks
i've been to dubai before but a friend was showing me around...any ideas on where to stay and what to do?
marina is a nice place to stay but can be expensive

jumaira beach is a common place where people stay
I went 10 years ago for 3 nights and stayed at the Jumeirah beach hotel and that was amazing. Reallly expensive though. A mate recommended staying in Bur-Dubai. Im fortunate that I have a relatives apartment to stay at in Jumeirah so save on accomodation

If you need accomodation then you might be better booking a package to save some cash. The flight price shouldn't differ if booked through a travel agent as they will see the discounted prices as well.

Ive been advised that there are a couple of waterparks (Wild Wadi being one) which are fantastic
atlantis water park is amazing but about £100 entry fee !!
Was there at the beginning of the week. Really nice hotel - Hyatt Park. Other than nice hotels though can't think of a reason to visit Dubai for a holiday.

Water parks, good beaches, shopping (and some cracking deals on jewellery), see the Palm and Buj Al Arab, desert safari, good food and restaurants, boat trips, sandboarding, water sports, global village festival, fantastic weather

Im there for a week and not in a hotel. I don't know what im going to do with my time!
I've flown with Qatar to Dubai (via Doha) about 5 years ago. Nothing special airline - was actually a bit below average IMO.
I'm guessing they've really pulled their socks up in the last couple of years or something if they are now classed as '5 star'.
