Nice cheap watch if you're a pensioner:thumbsup:

a bit ugly but its good value non the less - so heat from me

IMHO - anyone that votes cold for a deal should have to justify why, I domt think they realise they are rating the deal not whether "they already own one" or "the shop is far from me"..... bloody muppets

Indeed, and this does exactly the same job as the Rolex, it tells the time, no more, no less.

...as well as having more money than sense.

What difference does being rich make to anyone else anyway?.

At least nobody is going to mug you for a £6 watch.;-)

You only spelled "father" incorrect anyway, and "brought" instead of "bought" although you could have "brought" one to him so that's technically fine! :-D

On topic: Seems like a good deal if you are looking for a good value, basic watch from a known brand.

Yeah, seen this kind of comment on watch deals before. I guess you are either into your watches or your not. Everyone knows their purpose is to tell the time, some people just like a good timepiece, and have done for a very long time.

Anyway as far as this watch in the deal, its like something you would get in a lucky bag, or a cracker :-D

Not only is it an oul fella’s watch, it is also £6.61, good luck to anyone that would wear a £6.61 watch but personally I wouldn’t have it near me.

On a plus, the most you can blow is £6.61 :-D

Only not so good for the OAPs:whistling:

Seriously, I used to have a watch shop and the amount of old folks that used to come in with watches exaclty like this one(gold face and hands) moaning that they couldn't see the time. I used to do a quick and simple fix for the poor old souls, whip the module out and carefully brush the hands with a black permanent marker, did the trick.

Definately a watch to avoid for anyone with failing eyesight;-)

I don't know whether to laugh or cry:shock:

I just sorted out my taxes so I'm in a crying frame of mind. How can so much money spent on education result in so much ignorance?:?

Indeed, it just shows that throwing money at education is mainly wasted.:x
