Ditto for me as well, its watch the finale asap :) Will miss the show so much. Heres hoping it gets the ending it deserves

5am Monday? Is it the finale of the series on at 9pm on Fridays on Sky 1? How come 5am Monday?
#12
Sky 1 are showing it at the same time as the USA broadcast (not sure which time zone though), so it means we can see Walt's dog being the mastermind behind it all at the same time as the folks watching ABC!

West Coast for deffo as the finale starts at 9pm US time so UK aint actually getting it shown at same time
#14

The only thing lost about this is the plot. Its BLATANTLY obvious that this was only supposed to be a 1 maybe 2 series tops and the writers were put under pressure by ABC to string it out which has ruined it.

It used to be good (helped by Evangeline Lilly of course!!) but now its just utter crap. I only watch it now because I've "invested" too much time in the past to just stop now, but why anyone would want to pay to watch this crap ever again is totally beyond me.
#17
Btw, its not 5am, its 2am, so not AS bad for those who work

Not sure why sky one is 5am, considering the US coverage starts at 7pm with the actual finale showing at 9am (12pm/2am here)

It may have lost its way a bit in season 2/3, but everything beyond that has been pretty damn good.

For a dragged out series at least its gonna go out with a pretty big bang, unlike *cough* prison break *cough*, or even Heroes for that matter.

It's because that's the earliest they need to show it in order to compete with downloads. It finishes in America at 4:30am, unless someone uploads it in parts before it's finished then 5am is the earliest anyone in the UK is gonna see it.

It had better be a good ending, I just fear that they have gone a bit too far to turn it around and it will end up being some stupid dream or a religious nutjob conclusion

If you think the Lost producers are going to end it with it "having been all a dream", after six seasons of all this then I'm afraid you've "lost" it.

Absolutely right!

If you haven't watched any Lost at all, don't bother.

The east coast will get it at 9pm (2am UK Time). Usually when Lost finishes, its usually online at like 3.10am UK time. So, if you are fast enough, you can probably grab the first hour when its released with the 2nd hour finishing not long after it.

Im tempted to just start watching it at 5.30am and skip the adverts and then I will of caught up with it ending at 7.30am and straight out the door to work.

Hey! any good dependable sites to see this online? I wont be able to wait till 5am and end up getting late...

Will be everywhere across torrent sites from 3-6am UK time as no doubt it will be a big coup for whatever group releases the finale first. Plus has the big bonus of ad breaks totally removed

Well it definitely won't be up at 3am. No prestige for releasing the first hour of a 2.5 hour show. Somebody could, at a push, split it directly in 2 parts at 3:15am, and arguably still remain within scene rules.
#31
I'm hoping they all end up dead - has any show ever done that before? They've been quite happily killing off some main characters the last few episodes so I think it could happen - I don't want to see a happy ending, bleurgh.

I don't have Sky so will be staying up long enough to set the torrents going before bed.

Not too fussed about it really though, it's really turned to mush the last few seasons and like someone above said I am only sticking with it because I know the end is nigh and it'd be rude not to see it til the end.

Sorry should have said thats taking into account the 2 hr series recap thats on before the main finale or it is the pilot 'enhanced'? Assuming its deffo a recap. That will be up on the net as always has before
#35
I'm so annoyed that I won't be able to watch this at 5 as I don't have Sky. When do you think iTunes will get it? They usually have Friday episodes available at midnight or first thing Saturday morning, so basically 2 hours after it's finished on Sky. I'm hoping it's the same for the finale, that way I can watch it when I get home from my Computing A level exam!

Be very surprised if it aint the same routine and up on iTunes quickly after. Hope it is for you. Either way play safe and avoid the net, bits on TV and the like for spoilers until you watch it!

Yeah. In all honesty you could reduce the 6 lost seasons down to about 3 if you cut out the whole "oh yay were all finally off the island, oh no were all miserable and bored so we need to go back, oh yay were all happy and living in the 1970s now, oh no suddenly i realise i actually do want to leave the island" crap.

Didn't realise it'll be on iTunes that early. I'll be up at 4 hoping it'll be up if not it'll have to wait till I'm home. I'll miss this show when it gone :(
