phone are in good prices... just wondering if they are still loked to orange? or maybe they are unlocked after reconditioning?

thanks!

The LG I got was locked to orange with orange firmware installed into the phone. The phone just came in a black box with charger, sim card, instructions and battery. Hope this helps! (older phones I think you can unlock for under £5 in markets)

also, use '10PERCENTOFF' code for 10% discount if you are buying!

I've had a few recon frm Orange, & they've always been locked to Orange.

Id rather chew my own arm off than own another Motorola V3
#16
Good deal BUT

CAUTION - Some of these phones will be and look secondhand, they are never reconditioned as such and are mostly returns straight away repacked into a different black/white box and sent to you.

Just dont expect a new phone and if you do get one then count yourself lucky. Good deal anyway thaks to OP for posting.

Me too, I would rather chew your arm off than to use V3 again. LOL

Anyone know how easy the 9300 is to unlock - I assume there is no free codes for it?

Umm don't know if anyones noticed but....
As well as the free 2GB memory card with most of the phones, on the banner on the side it says add 10PERCENTOFF in the basket for anything over £30, and it works WITH the memory cards as well :)

Anyone still waiting for their E61 to be despatched? I ordered 2 different phones and the second one (ordered a day later) has been sent, but not the E61.
#31
As you may have noticed, it's out of stock now, maybe they've run out? Hope not for your sake. Wish I had bought one now actually.

Especially as I bought the day before they sold out. I'll ring them in a bit, but I'll be welled annoyed if they have. The last time there was a delay on supplying a phone the one they finally sent out was well ropey.

I ordered a Nokia 9300 on the 22nd - Money has been taken from my account but no phone yet!!

Tried to phone them but they are only open weekdays till 6pm.

Not gonna be happy if they mess me about.

Has anyone received their phone yet?

Got the d830 2 days after I placed the order, been after it for a while, despite the **** keypad reviews. Turns out keypad isn't that bad, just takes some getting used it (certainly not as bad as the lg chocolate) and the phone is so so thin, and about 10x better than the basic v3.

Btw, phone was (well by the looks of it) brand new, not a scratch/wear on it, with those sticky protectors for the screens, and came totally debranded and unlocked. Hope that helps

*edit= the d900i is IMO the best phone on that site for the price you're paying, didn't get it as I've already had 3slide phones and wanted to try out a flip phone for a change

i ordered a d900i and a nokia 7373 on friday. Am I supposed to get an email to say its been despatched??? Or will it simply come via post without any notice???

Also does anyone have a freephone number that i could contact them on??
#37
I rang them up today as I havent received my phone and they told me that they are out of stock and wont be receiving anymore.

Fabulous.... and they have taken money from my account!

Does anyone have one they are looking to sell?

I am gutted I missed out on the Orange site before they sold out!

Good luck to you all but a word of warning, our company uses Orange and the failure rates of "reconditioned" phones are very high. I am on my 4th Sony Ericson K800i in just other a year and this one has developed a fault of cutting out intermitently. Also others have experienced this high turn around once the "new" phone fails. They seem just to clean them up and send them out as i cannot believe so many phones would still have picky faults on if had beeen repaired properly. All the problems seem to be reoccuring intermitent ones.

Well I've received my phones (nokia 7373 and samsung d900i) yesterday and they both are is immaculate condition. The nokia case though has a slight mark on it and the nokia manual is worn out and creased, but i can live with this if the phone functions okay. The d900i though looks almost brand new.

Will just have to see how it goes. Is there any site where i can unlock the d900i from??
