i got my 2700 from them no probs
Monday morning and they've confirmed the verification is done. I've been able to go to my transactions page and request a withdrawal of the £100!

Just gotta wait for it to get into my bank, but if it all goes well I'll definitely jump on the next offer on here.

Hey guys,
Just an update for whoever is still reading the comments.
I got an email back from one of the customer service agents saying thanks for sending my verification documents, however they can't find an account associated with my email. Absolute crap, I followed it up by sending them a screenshot of my account showing the exact email address that I was emailing them from!
I also received a separate email from one of their generic notification addresses asking for a copy of my debit card I used with the CVV hidden and the middle 8 digits hidden! Has anyone actually withdrawn from this site?
I've sent another email asking them why they would need that if it's already on my account. I'm very doubtful they will pay out now...
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with them mate hope you manage to get it sorted although it does sound rather shady :/ I've never won huge amounts but have never had issues withdrawing money from my account. I didn't send any ID confirmation in either I believe they run a credit check when you open the account then ask for further ID if they need it. I've had the account for a couple of years now and play whenever these promos come along but have never run into issues.
Thanks mate. I'm a bit worried they're going to lock my account though. It says 24/7 support in their site but the person who emailed me had 9:30 - 10pm GMT mon-fri in their email.
So by Monday it would have been 72 hours without identification and I lose out on £100 by the sounds of it!
Hoping that's not the case though.
If they don't fulfill it, we should make sure the admins of HUKD know about it so any posts from Lottoland can be banned from this site.
I ended up phoning them. They tried to find my account while on the phone and it wouldn't work with my email address, they did find it with my player ID though. I've been told to call back on Monday as the guys who do the verification weren't in at the time (Fri evening). They assured me if there is a suspension of the account it will only be temporary and automatic, but I will be able to withdraw funds once they've seen my account.
I'll update once I hear back, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt to be honest.

Hoping they come through with this one bud! Congrats on your win btw :)

You are not buying euro lottery tickets, you are betting on the numbers in the draw.
You don't get any lottery tickets,
Just in case anyone would think they were actually getting lotto tickets for less than the lottery sell them for.
I'm sure none of you are that daft that you wouldn't have realised this.

If the prize is the same, whats the issue?
Worked for me thanks
i won £2.60

I couldn't be bothered claiming £3.50 so I didn't.

So, I've just used their site to bet my original winnings - which I think I paid 99p for so I'm not that bothered - on another big lottery.

You never know.

On an unrelated note, does anyone know what a lot of 99 pences add up to?
First time I've been caught out by something like this! £3 cash advance fee from my credit card company. So all my winnings were wiped out.

Just had a reply saying that the offer had expired when I purchased it.
This despite it being 99p in my basket and during submission.

I have complained further but guess I am wasting my time.
Won't be using these clowns again.
I am tempted to go through my bank to prove a point but for the £5.11 hardly seems worth the effort.

If you were ridiculously lucky enough to win this jackpot with lottoland, don't expect to be an anonymous winner. They will milk every drip of PR and marketing essence from your soul. (check t&c's)
Then if you win the jackpot don't claim it...
....That's why I don't gamble on Lottoland at all mate.
Just making others aware, as they don't make this clear unless you read the small print. Could have a huge impact on the potential winners privacy..
Claim it, get a lawyer to issue an injunction preventing publication of your name. Argue that the clause is unenforceable as an unfair term in a consumer contract and publication of your name without an enforceable clause would be a breach of the Data Protection Act and possibly your human rights. Cost you probably about £10k to £20 but a drop in the ocean if you win £100m.
I don't know anything about legal matters but surely by the time you take legal action lottoland plus the media would have put your name up in lights!
You can get an injunction preventing disclosure pretty quickly if you can show that there is an immediate risk of publication. The injunction will be an interim measure until you can fix a date for a hearing to determine the other matters (assuming it gets that far and you don't come to some agreement beforehand).
For that kind of money I would get a lawyer a lined up before you even go to claim it.
I hope you don't charge by the word as I didn't win a bean this time ;)

The euro lottery was won on tuesday though!
Think this says it all really!!!
Yes, that's right; not only have we frozen the price of EuroMillions at its former £2 rate, we've also frozen the EuroMillions jackpot giving you ANOTHER CHANCE to win that massive £151 million rolling jackpot!

Special Request

Last time we done this we had a huge response. A second chance to win hundreds of millions of pounds? Yes please!!!

Though there was some confusion, which is quite understandable, begging the question…

How can you guys offer a jackpot that's already been won?

Simple, as a lottery betting company (fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission) we operate completely independently of the lottery operators and pay all winnings out to you direct.

That means we're free to increase the size of the jackpot you win, because, instead of being based on ticket sales, your winnings are coming out of our own pockets.

Wow! You guys must have some deep pockets!

Well, in addition to our prize pool we've also got some very clever "pocket insurance" underwriting all our wins.

Basically we've got special agreements worked out with some of the world's largest financial insurers so all of our jackpots, however big they become, are always fully guaranteed.

There are two guaranteed winners. But three big winners. Including the jackpot winner.

And bookies don't go bankrupt because the odds are always in their favour. But they're honest about it, and they don't force anyone to bet. So fair play. It's good business.

When will people realize that there are two big winners every week, the organizers and the government (20%vat ).
A better bet (if you must gamble) is the Irish lottery.
What about the actual winner? Surely a 113.22€ (£100)m+ makes them a 'big winner' too. At least on the real lottery, not so much with these con sites.

Gambling is basically trying to get something for nothing.
For every one winner there are many millions of looser.
And there are two big winners every week, the organizers and the government (20%vat ).
It is unfortunate that a lot of people that gamble are among those who can least afford it.

Have you ever known a bookie, casino, lottery(any) EVER go bankrupt.
Fobs are the worst gambling habit to hit the high street ever (except for the bookies).

How do you get the Mini Lotto bet?
You don't need to! If you have a time machine to go back 5 weeks when this deal was live you would only need one ticket and you will know the results!

[quote=Ralph888][quote=antenna] Do you think that if you won 57 million lottoland would pay you out?
You're right, I read their terms and conditions, avoid!
All good to know and what a great business model. A great way to build a investment funds. I doubt they'd pay out on a win that would bankrupt them, in fact it is a guaranteed cert they wouldn't or who would invest in them?
That said, there's next to no chance of winning the Euromillions anyway, which I suppose is the point of their business model. I'll just keep my Topcashback and call it a day.
They also deal with all sorts of other international lotteries. Some of the jackpots or intermediate prizes are not that high. Some are 1million or less. I wonder if they would renege on those too.

Only their insurers know what is worth the risk, probably they are covered to £1,000,000, probably more. Most people with Home Contents or Travel Insurance, have a £1,00,000 third people liability, but if you did make a massive claim, your premiums would rise steeply or make you uninsurable. If Lottoland had to pay out on huge payout they would first consider how to get out of paying and if they had to pay, this would increase the ticket price thereafter.

That said they, and the insurers are banking on no one winning and the odds are in their favour.

Give us the bullet points for those who can't be bothered to check.
It's hard to bullet point but there are things like, for big prizes they will open a bank account in Gibraltar for the winner and pay them into that, and then the winner has to deal with fees, transfers, taxes etc from there.
Then it's a company called EU lotto that is the actual bookmaker and if they don't pay out to Lottoland then it's tough luck.
And finally at any time whenever they want for whatever reason they want they can terminate an account even if it has won.
The T&Cs of the real Lotto etc. seem a hell of a lot fairer.
I would suggest that if there were a major winner it seems doubtful that there would be a payout based on all the escape clauses.
The way they guarantee the payout does not sound safe either: Lotto themselves have the cash stashed in an account ready to send out, whilst this lot use "hedging and investment" but there is no set aside fund to match large payouts.
They are banking on pulling in a tidy profit with no jackpot winners... And if one comes along could well just close down or shut the winners account. It's all there in the T&Cs.

Would rather spend the extra 50p and if I win I would at least be able to get the money

Good point when did an insurance company ever pay out in full?

Did you go through the link I posted, or did you Google it and click the Google "3 for 1" link? The option is still there on Google, but may have been updated.
