I don't think my wife would lose lots of weight just to get into a plus size lace chemise!

Nothing like starting the day to body shaming and narrow minded comments by people who think that body size is linked to attraction.

But if it would be a skinny underweight model this deal would be so hot. Hypocrites...
Oh, yes. I am an old fat jealous woman because with your IQ cannot think of anything else...

Have you noticed they always use the lower end of the "plus size" spectrum to model the clothes? If they truly believed their clothes looked great on huge people, they'd show them off on the... Ahem... truly larger ladies

So quick to judge others the lot of you!

ordered in the past, and the sizes are quite small so I'd recommend ordering a size bigger. Also it wasn't really suitable for larger cup sizes, just my opinion take it or leave it.

I'll heat for the price but not for the quality, i wouldn't personally buy again.

Technically it is, some people like sticks and some people like big 'ol mamas, it is attraction at the end of the day and body size is attraction to each individual body type, ever heard of the phrase "chubby chaser" :)

I don't find large woman attractive. As much as I am more attracted to dark hair. So I would say that you are wrong.

Ah, but fat people can get thin! There's already an obesity epidemic helping to destroy the NHS and diabetes is a very nasty condition likely to lead to loss of limbs, etc. Nothing wrong with calling a fat person 'fat' (or a white person 'white' or a black person black for that matter). 20 years of PC have damaged our ability to communicate by trying to create artificial guilt over the use of simple descriptive language.

Or another way to look at it: that we have an extraordinarily high number of people with eating disorders, or who are unnaturally thin, due to people like you, advertising on TV, magazines etc perpetuating the myth that all women should be skinny even when they're not designed that way. People come in all shapes and sizes.

Obesity is a problem too, yes; but (and I'm surprised I have to spell this out for the ignorant) 'plus-size' doesn't in any way mean obese. As for the term 'fat', again bandied around by the misogynist moron brigade to belittle perfectly normal, healthy and attractive women who may not match their adolescent view of the 'perfect' stick-thin supermodel, well.. let's just say the ladies are the lucky ones.

You omitted this sentence from the same site. "However, if conditions such as these are properly diagnosed and treated, they should pose less of a barrier to weight loss."

I would be classed as a 'fat' ladies, but fat isn't what defines me, its my personality. I struggle to loose weight due to having a csection and then a car crash which has given me chronic life long back pain limiting a lot I can do. I however embrace what I have and make a fair bit of money from it (see prof pic). I find it quite upsetting that alot of narrow minded people wouldn't look at someone like me because of 'fat' when really you wouldnt even know my circumstances or know me as an individual. just assume that I eat all day every day when actually, I eat quite healthy and I walk most places.

I have struggled with my weight my whole life, do you know how I fixed it? Discipline, healthy eating and exercising. Plus size is fat, dont like it, lose weight.

Yes there are people with eating disorders or other reasons why they eat, but that is about 10% of fat people and even then as I was one of those people (comfort eating and medication side effects), can change and pandering and telling people off is not helpful. Accept who you are and that you like to eat and what comes with,l including jokes, or lose weight, its not like racism or sexism, its not even like being ginger.

Anything for minus sizes
They have plenty of base size stuff in the sale sizing is really good on own branded stuff if you go for a medium and you are slightly larger it will still fit, only problem if you are big busted you may find the bust area a bit small

i have both these and think they're really nice very comfortable

I think that everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
One would like apples and other oranges, none of them would be wrong it is a matter of personal taste.
If someone likes only slim pretty woman it is their choice and they can express it in the same way like those who like large ladies, nothing wrong with that. No one should be offended by that.

No one is perfect and IMO the only thing that matters is how you feel with yourself.
If you are happy being overweight purely by your choice or laziness than you got right to be , but do not get offended when someone brings out that fact and do not expect others to pretend to be otherwise.

I am a woman but I can understand those who are not attracted to plus size or overweight ladies as I myself do not find this the prettiest and most attractive picture ever....opposite in fact..

On the flip side of the coin, having worked in mental health and spent a considerable amount of time working with people suffering from eating disorders, around 95% of sufferers say images in the media of the 'perfect' body - slim, toned, no cellulite and in tiny, 'perfect' clothes - influenced their eating disorder, either to start with or when they were already entrenched in their illness. If you've ever seen a woman who is 5ft 5 and weighing a fraction over 4 stone, that's very, very worrying and the lady I am referring to had severe anorexia. She did a research topic on eating disorders and the media, as have I, and both of us found that the leading brands in fashion ALL have 'skinny' models with 'perfect' bodies on their websites, brochures and mannequins in their stores.

Personally, I'm 5ft 9, a healthy size 12 and fully recovered from an eating disorder which blighted my life for 17 years. The lady with severe anorexia? She now considers herself fully recovered and is now healthy, in mind, body and spirit.

I would much, MUCH rather see a range of sizes and shapes in magazines and on websites. Smaller, larger and everything in between. It's 2017 - surely we know better now?

How's it even a debate... large people need clothes too.
It's their choice, regardless that it's unhealthy and to an extent a strain on our NHS but the problem is at the other end of the system. Our lifestyle is our choice.

It's not being glamorised it's exactly what they would sell for average women who stand at healthy weight and even women that are underweight

Astonished at the nastiness being allowed to exist in these comments.
If this was about colour, it would never happen, because 'I'm not racist' but a lot of people seem happy to make jokes at the expense of fat people.
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Exactly, nothing wrong with those terms when being used as a description and not in a derogatory manner.
Fat people shouldn't be using the term Plus Size or say they are comfortable in thier skin, unless completely healthy, they pose great health risks to themselves which costs everyone else. I'm all pro subtle bodyshaming if it's the only way to highlight to overweight fatties that thier size and lifestyle isn't ok and acceptable.

On a separate note, women have the biggest double standard! You'll have a whole list of what you'd like to see in your ideal man, where as most men would just like to see a slender figure. It's called preferences.
