I grabbed on for my 40" from amazon market place yesterday - its not quite as slim as this one though but cost £26.29 delivered.

Has yet to arrive so can't comment on the quality yet though.

Seems a good price but the other one is down from 78quid so i guess it should be of superior quality :)

plexus is a good make and this is a hot price. i would say though its always worth getting a more heavy duty set of expanding wall bolts from B&Q just for peace of mind

ive got this one. Its nice but the tilting is not the best due to the tightning handles being too big to lock in some positions (wont turn tight enough due to wall or tv)

i never paid £77.90 and i gotg it at full proce @ £40 some months ago

I think I have the same 32" Samsung. Do you need a special attachment at the back of the TV as well as the wall bracket? Thanks.

I paid £25 delivered from Amazon for mine(42" to 70" i think) and it couldn't be of better quality, in my opinion - you could hang an elephant from the wall and it is was low profile, easy to install and well made.

This is a good reduction but paying more than around £30 in the first place is unnecessary I think.

FYI ..All TV's these days come with mounting points that all modern brackets will cater for (thats why they have holes everywhere)

I am more concerned with the screws that go into the back of the TV. Can they truly support the weight?

I was going to post this as a good (hot) deal. The one quoted above is very well made and the paint finish of a far higher quality than usual (thick matt black). Multiple fixings for every thread your TV VESA sockets could have. One thing to watch for is the 10mm wall plugs. They come with very heavy duty bolts that are so thick in internal diameter that the plug starts to grip the bolts and spins and breaks before it expands the plug into the hole. After a frustrating 5 mins I used another brand of plug with no problem. You could open out the existing plugs entry hole a few mm to assist.:whistling:

the TV's have metal thread sockets set into the back that link to a wider frame and are designed for the weight........this one I fixed earlier didn't have the threaded holes:roll:

This isn't that hot a deal. I paid £35 fo my 40"+ bracket (similar type as here) last year. It's not a terrible deal but around the right price.

Anyone of these that start with PLB or have 5 stars will be perfect.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_w_h_?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=plasma+mount&Go.x=0&Go.y=0&Go=Go

My tip is: Decide what you want, regular access to your inputs at the back or a TV that is as close as possible to the wall - you can't really have both.

I've just ordered a wall mount for a 40" LCD and it cost me £26.98.
http://www.vivomounts.com/professional_lcd__plasma_wall_mount_bracket_up_to_40.asp?mountid=SAMSUNG&mm=LE%2D40R88BD+&

After doing a lot of looking around it struck me that Vivo Mounts, who specialise in LCD/Plasma mounts had a great range and keen prices. I used their selector tool to identify which mounts were compatible with my LCD and then chose the cheapest one! It looks pretty sturdy. Prices are ex-VAT and P&P, but the £26.98 for the model above includes everything. (P&P was around £7, which seems reasonable).

Hope this helps someone.
