I got one of these from amazon for my nikon D5000 it cost me £40 and was cheapest at the time, but this deal is even better.

To get it at the price stated you have to use LOWEPRO15 discount code. Theres also 3.5% on quidco which should save you another £1.19

Depends on what your carrying, my current gear is;
D5000 body,
18-55 nikkor kit lens (attached)
52mm filter (already attached)
Lens cleaning pens, micro fibre cloths & gittos dust blower
Spare nikon battery + other bits n bobs
I plan to get the following soon;
50mm nikkor 1.8 AF, a speedlight 600 flashgun, and a nice zoom lens which im currently researching.

I know at the moment theres not that much stuff im carrying but eventually I will be, I was also looking at the flipside 200 (which is same price using code above) and the slingshot 200.
I would have gone for the slingshot but the one carry strap put me off and u cant really swap shoulders because of its design, I know alot of people complaing that it was tiring to use all day. So i liked the idea of a conventional twin strap backpack. The flipside lets you carry a tripod which I may or may not be using, but I feel theres not enough nifty compartments to store other things in it.

Overall compared to them all I feel the fastpack has loads of little compartments within the bag that can be handy, although the only bad thing is that theres no rain cover on it which the slingshot did have, but overall Im happy with.

thanks for the detailed reply. i probably dont need a bag this big as i have a canon sx1is (bridge camera), but i do have a fair few accessories that i need a bag for. its also nice that it has space for a laptop.

cheers, rep left.

Glad I was of help, BTW its the fastpack 250 that will accomodate the laptop, and not the 200, just so that you know.
