A great find - Lowepro are quality items, I have 2 of their larger bags and had no hesitation ordering one of these - an unmissable deal!

Heat and rep added.

Just what I was after, Thanks.

I got one of these off e-bay for £6 or so (as new) but that was a fluke as there aren't many on there at those sorts of prices. This is a hot deal, great product at a great price !
#5
great deal, it's between £30-£40 elsewhere

Great price (voted hot) but don't see how you'd get an additional lens in there too. The picture shows an SLR stored in there but doesn't look like theres much room left?
#8
I bought one of these a few months ago - don't believe they hype, they are actually quite small.

I can fit my Canon 400d camera and a reasonably-sized lens in there and that's it.

Little or no availability, unfortunately :(

I think its designed more of an out and about bag rather than lugging all your gear about with you, would that be fair to say?

Exactly.

It's good value for money for what it is, but for a general purpose bag it's not big enough.

Great price. I bought a Lowepro Slingshot originally. Found I didn't use it much though.

Much prefer having a small case (like the Toploader) and then Lowepro lens cases. And if I'm taking them all with me, I pop them in one of my rucksacks. Obviously costs quite a bit more doing it this way.

Thanks davej1710, bargain price! :)

Perhaps the camcorder one might actually hold more than this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lowepro-Edit-Shoulder-Digital-Camcorders/dp/B0007A1IRC/ref=sr_1_47?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1205318673&sr=1-47 I think amazons description must mean it includes the lens attached to the body rather than two additional lenses. Might be able to squeeze in a F/1.8 50mm MKII...

Reminded me of a birthday present i still owed a mate. He just got himself a digital SLR. So thanks.

This looks like a cracking deal. Can anyone tell me, will this fit a eos400d with kit lens + an extra 200mm lens. I've already got a small Lowepro bag but looking for something more practical. Cheers

Voted hot..

I have this bag and paid £29.99 last year from Amazon..

It will fit SLR with 200mm lens attached and batterys and sd cards..

If you don't mind breaking your camera down you will get the camera and at least 2 lenses plus batts and sd cards in there..

Its a fantastic bag with wet weather protection also built in to the base, it even holds my mini tripod in the side pocket..Protection from this bag is second to none with lots of padding all around the bag and inside with a removeable divider for keeping everything tight...even has a sewn in microfiber cloth to clean lenses and protect against strap damage..

Superb bag I would not hessitate to recommend...

I have added some images and as you can see its more roomy than it looks...The camera in there is a Nikon Coolpix 4100 so you get some idea of the scale and the other camera case is a Lowepro D-res 10AW..Hope this helped someone out there who is in the market for a Camera-bag..

agreed...im just in the process of buying a lowepro rucksack to cart my canon 400d, 2 lens and speedlight, etc but rucksack is the only realistic option....i have a slingshot 200 - the quality is excellent...the sling element is toilet and when the bag is fully loaded it doesnt fit right or fell comfrtable on your back - still i only paid about £27 @ Amazon for slingshot (i think it was a price error) as they are £80 at jessops!

ordered 2 - one for each hip :)

in real terms one for camera and one for flash etc..

I have the smaller Rezo 140AW which will take a smaller SLR and two lenses such as the E-500 with its twin lens kit (14-45mm and 40-150mm). For a semi-pro body such the E-3 then it will just squeeze the E-3 and it's 12-60mm lens but no more than that.

For slightly more equipment it's worth looking at the slingshots, the Slingshot 100 is not that big yet I can carry the E-3, 7-14mm (not a small lens), 12-60mm, 50-200mm plus batteries/cables etc. It's also easy to exchange parts to get a flash, UMPC or similar instead.

The only issue I have with my Slingshot 100 is that it gets really uncomfortable after a while as there is only one strap and you can't really use the one strap over both shoulders. I'm going to get this as a smaller bag to carry just my camera in instead of lugging around all my gear.

i have the sligshot 200 and yes it can carry alot of kit but the sling element is a gimmick that just doesnt work....slides off too easily...isnt easy to slide around if you jacket/clothing is slippery as just slips off....it isnt comfortable either

it does take alot of kit tho (it houses my sony dcr190e camcorder, caon eos400, 18-55 lens, 70-300 lens, speedlight, spare battery, spare media cards, 2 hoya filters, with still room to spare for another lens and accesorries)

Well, there are many things you can buy to ensure free delivery. How about a memory stick ?

Examples:

PNY Attache 2GB USB Flash Drive

**SANDISK CRUZER MICRO 2GB

Or try the amazon stock filler:

Hope this helps !

Excellent find! been looking at camera bags on ebay last night, want something to house my Canon 350D + Sigma 18-200 and this looks likely to fit the bill - have ordered (with Radioheads new album to make up the postage).

There's a lot of Canon 400D offers listed at the moment. Please note the 450D has been released and is a more major upgrade than 400D was over the 350D. Check out the Canon site for all the information before you part with your dosh...

i dont think the 450d was an upgrade, simply an addition to the range...eg the 400d will be sold as the budget option

Item hot, again as someone else posted "Just what I was looking for". Good price, ideal to go with the 400D I purchased after a hot deal on this website !!!

To make it up to Super Saver Delivery I added the following http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hama-00005604-Lens-Cleaning-Pen/dp/B00006JALB/

Many thanks for the spot !!!

How can you say the 450d isn't an upgrade?

It's simply the same as the 350d>400d. It has more features and 12MP, and is aimed at the same market.

Just adding my 2c worth.
These types of bags and other one shoulder strap bags aren't very good.
Most people who take a lot of photos will (after a lot of trial and error) invariably go towards a dedicated camera rucksack/backpack.
Especially if you plan on carrying your gear for more than 3-4 hours.
Also bear in mind that if you intend on carrying 2 lens, chances are you'll be carrying spare batteries, spare cf cards, lens hoods, filters and even a mini/midi tripod. For all this you need a dedicated rucksack.

Or you could buy this as well for the majority of occasions when you don't need the kitchen sink. That's a big jump in commitment to go from smallish convenient shoulder bag to full-on dedicated rucksack. Different tools for different jobs.

Bag arrived this morning. It's exactly what I wanted and the fact that it includes two velcro-tabbed dividers (I'll be using only one of them) is an added bonus.

Providing you check the size before buying, it's excellent value (even Play.com are selling it for £29.99).

Oh, and to get free delivery I bought the La Vie En Rose DVD set for only £6.97.
