it will only record in standard definition as it doesn't have a Freeview HD or Freesat HD tuner.

good deal if the TV has a good picture but for that price don't expect it to be brilliant

Get built in DVD for an extra £10.

Expired as keeps coming in and out of stock - worth keeping an eye on if you're not in a rush.

It's a balancing act on what is more important. Personally I prefer to have a full HD TV with the HDMI connectivity over a standard SD TV with built in DVD, but it's a fair offer also.

Avoid this TV like the plague, I got one the other week, the picture quality on peoples faces was dire, all blurred, it also suffered from lip sync problems, sound out of sync with picture, it went straight back to Morrisons.:x

Would Full HD be noticable compared to HD Ready 720p on a screen this size?

I would say so. I agree that you don't get the benefit on smaller screens sizes such as 19", but I believe there is a noticeable benefit for 26"

Just got one of these. Only real gripe so far is one dead pixel, but you don't really notice it unless you look for it.
