All the supermarkets have recently reduced Lurpak, Anchor and Country Life to a Pound as part of their special temporary offers. Unfortunately the Supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Morrisions, and Tesco) in the past month have increased their prices of all their butters including their own brands (value range as well) by over 20 percent (co-incidentally at the same time). Even their cheapest value butter is now 98 pence. So although this is a good deal, something has to done to stop the Supermarkets from price fixing!
